I did a lot of research prior to booking a hotel. Our most important criteria is cleanliness. We were not disappointed with the DoubleTree. We stayed in three different rooms during our stay. Each room was clean and everything in working order. The staff went above and beyond. We had a request which upon first look could not be accommodated but the employee (sorry, name was not obtained) followed up with his manager. Kudos go out to Front Office Manager Jennifer Rogers who followed up and called us to advise our request could be accommodated. Hotel is located directly across the street from a WeGo bus stop. Would definitely stay at the DoubleTree Fallsview in the future.

The customer service was blah at times from the hotel staff. The room they gave us which had a soaker tub and falls view looked nice, but it was diry with hairs in the tub, toilet uncleaned, multiple lights burned out, and more. For a Hilton Honors member who used points to get the great room, it was disappointing but they made it right. The spa is awesome, Aveda salon was perfect for a massage. The pool was cold but a lot of fun for the kids and was a really cool space, unlike a traditional boring hotel pool. Two hot tubs, one inside and one outside were nice. Walk to the falls wasn't bad, once you take out the steep incline which is par for the course.....Walking distance to everything you need.

We liked everything about our stay here.
Rooms are big and airy.
Clean with all toiletries provided.
Small area for coffee making , including a small fridge.
We had breakfast in the Buchanans Restaurant served to us by Kate.
The breakfast was very good as was our server Kate.
