Clean with all toiletries provided.
Small area for coffee making , including a small fridge.
We had breakfast in the Buchanans Restaurant served to us by Kate.
The breakfast was very good as was our server Kate.

We stayed for 2 night of our honeymoon trip to USA and Canada. The hotel was clean, although decor was a little dated, and staff were friendly. We got a complimentary cookie at checkin and went to see the falls. The falls were only a 10 minute walk away and the Main Street of Clifton Hill was about 15 mins. We had 2 huge beds and a huge window and we could see the river, the mist from the falls and the fireworks at night. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby and parking is $25 a night.

We had a suite and it was close to perfect! We were on the 14th floor and had a pretty awesome view. Couldn't see the falls but we saw so much more! The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. Bed comfortable too! Starbucks in the lobby was great for morning coffee and Buchanan's restaurant had fantastic dinner and drinks.

So, what could have been a disaster turned out to be a great getaway.
We booked through our credit card and when we arrived the room we had reserved was not what we were given. The desk clerk looked at my phone (confirmation number, room type, etc) but said we had a completely different room on a low floor.
Cindy the manager got involved and somehow was able to rectify the situation and we were off to our room with a beautiful view of the falls and the nightly fireworks. Top floor to boot. She was calm, empathetic and did her best to fix the issue. We were t from supreme disappointment with our credit card company to a great two days at a hotel with a comfortable room, great bed, and quiet room. We loved it.
If we come back to Niagara we would surely stay here. We walked to everything and enjoyed everything right down to the cookies. All thanks to Cindy.

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the Falls, not far to the Clifton Hill area and other busier sections. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. You can see the fireworks from the hotel if you have a river view. We fit 4 adults and a kid with a rollaway in a standard room. The restaurant is worth a visit.
