This is one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at, yet the room was missing a lot basic things you could find in even motels. There were no water bottles, and no place to even fill water. There were not nearly enough coffee supplies. The WiFi is atrocious. And the crowning jewel, there was no microwave in the room. The only microwave for the guests the one that is in the lobby. The room was clean and the ac worked were the only good points.

Johnny, we appreciate you sharing your stay experience. We are sad to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. All room amenities are to the brand standard. We do offer a water fill station on our lower lobby for our guest and all other room amenities can be requested if more is needed.

Overall, we had a good experience here. We paid extra for a good view, and it was worth it! We could see the falls and river from our room--including the fireworks at night. Unfortunately, we could also see the multitude of ugly parking lots that surrounded the hotel (not the hotel's fault, but something travelers should be prepared to see a lot of in this town). The beds were comfortable. The pull-out couch was awful, both as a bed and a couch, so keep that in mind if you're planning for someone to sleep on it. The room was quite dated, but clean. Breakfast isn't free, but it was reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant, and the food was very good. Portions were huge, so if you eat a normal amount of food for an adult, I recommend ordering 1 dish and sharing. The pool was FREEZING!!! After seeing the inviting indoor pool on the website, I was excited to take my kids to it, but we barely stepped our feet into it, and we decided to go back to our room. If you like a room above 65 degrees F, this is not the pool for you. It wasn't just us--I saw multiple other people try the pool and immediately retreat because it was so cold. Would be great if the hotel could heat the pool to a comfortable temp. The location was pretty good--we knew we wouldn't be directly on top of the falls, so we were prepared to walk to restaurants and the falls, and the walk wasn't bad at all--mostly flat and easy to navigate. Staff was friendly.

Room tip: Don't count on swimming unless you like a polar plunge. Pull out the shower knob to turn it on (this stumped us for 5 min).

Excellent hotel-clean, professional staff, comfy beds & pillows!
Great location close to falls. Nice partial river distant view from from 15th floor. Reasonable self-parking fee. Nice lobby. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a very nice room. It was spacious and clean. There was a view of the Niagara River, but the Falls were not really visible, even with a room that was supposed to have a view. The hotel is located within walking distance of Niagara Falls and other attractions. We ate in the restaurant in the hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The food and choices were good. I would recommend the hotel to people planning to visit Niagara Falls.

Fantastic hotel with great views of the falls (higher floors) and fireworks. Rooms are spacious and clean Employees are very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant has pretty limited hours, but good sized serving and reasonable prices. Overall, this is a great place to stay without the crazy costs closer to the action.

Room tip: Jump on higher floors...above the 15th floor...for great views.

Didn’t appreciate how far up the hill it was while walking with a case on a very hot day! However the lobby was lovely (very Swiss chalet), the staff were efficient and smiley. Room was on the 11th floor. Described as falls view, it looked out over several car parks, he could see the rapids at the top and the mist…
However the room was comfortable.
Used the swimming pool, very much enjoyed being able to take the lift all the way down. Was a cold pool, however as the weather was hot and the jacuzzi gave the contrast, was perfect.
Having Starbucks onsite was a boon, and we had a good stop (single night). Just wish we’d driven up!

Room tip: Don’t pay extra for a Fallsview room if that comes up in conversation

I am sorry you were not pleased with your view as we depict our view clearly on our website to have a land mass between us and the water.
