The cleanliness of our room was horrendous! There was a huge patch of black mould on the wall that the staff had conveniently tried to hide by placing a table lamp in front of it and the mould had actually spread to the lampshade. This in and of itself is a huge health and safety concern! The only chair in the room was ripped and cracked with the stuffing poking through, the drapes in the second bedroom had holes in them and there was flaking paint on the wall. When we voiced our concerns to the front desk, they asked us to email the photos that we had taken to guest services and they would be forwarded to the general manager. Two emails and a follow up later, we have heard nothing. This was our daughter’s first stay in a hotel, and the experience was horrible for her as well as us. The only reason I gave one star was because of location. Find somewhere else to stay, this hotel is toxic!

The bathroom had mold on the floor in the shower. The jacuzzi tub had paint chiping off of it. The tiles were Cracked and falling apart and also had some missing. The room smelled of mold. The A/C was in a makeshift closet and the air really never got to the bed area. The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Within walking distance of the falls and attractions. Otherwise I wpuld of gave it a 1 star.

It was our first stay in this hotel. Very nice clean hotel, close to all attractions. Excellent breakfast. Staff is very cooperative. Happy people
