Great location for the price. The room was lovely and clean and we had a nice view looking towards the falls. Our grandson was thrilled to see the fireworks.

We stayed here on Tuesday for one night with family , we had two rooms city view booked and straight away was given falls view . The rooms were big and bright . The staff were very professional and friendly . The hotel is right in the heart of Niagara Falls . I couldn’t fault this hotel and I would definitely stay here again .

We stayed here for 1 night as our first time to Niagara Falls and we will definitely be back. This hotel has been beautifully remodeled. Everyone we encountered who worked there were friendly and extremely helpful. Parking was limited on site, but the off-site parking was very easy to find and navigate— all while being a very short walk to the hotel.
Hotel is very close walking distance to Clifton Hill, which was a fun time both day and night. Lots of activities to do and was a joy to just walk through and see everyone having fun. Niagara Parks is at the bottom of Clifton Hill. It was an easy walk for us, as a 30-something couple, but may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Pool area was very warm and clean. Guest laundry room available, which was a very nice surprise.

10th Floor Falls View is spot on ! All windows across the whole room , amazing . The staff are very helpful and patient. The rafe was better than most. Location is perfect, close to everything . Every part of our room was spacious and super clean . This hotel is new with private parking , restaurant is under Reno.

Before getting to Niagara Falls, our trip was pretty terrible. When we arrived at Vittoria, the staff was so nice! They let us check in early and upgraded us to an available Falls-side suite on the top floor! The view of the fireworks on the Falls every night was just wonderful, and we wanted to stay forever. A great value at a great location. Definitely recommend!
