Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed using the toiletries. The fridge is a nice size to hold a a few beverages and snacks. Coffee is a pod that doesn’t fill a cup. Couldn’t tell what was what. Packaged whitener, sugar, or sweetener. Absolutely loved being on the pool patio level with easy access to our car. The pool and tubs were a bonus and at satisfying temperatures. I wish the pool bar had been open ;)

What we had, was a hotel that allowed parents to have their children run around unsupervised. We had 8 9 10 and 11-year-old children whose parents were in the area of the swimming pool having cocktails and enjoying themselves while they let their children run around unsupervised and quite frankly destructive. It ruined our experience. They slammed the doors, they screamed and yelled, they pounded on the walls let the TV go up high screamed running up and down the hallway. The hotel was booked so we could not move our room and what the front desk told us was that the hotel was booked and that we were unable to have a room like the one we had. I was so disappointed I almost stopped the payment on my credit card. I was hoping that the person at the front desk when I checked out after they had all the information would offer us a free room or a free night stay, however they did not. Do not know what the hotels policy is but what I would say is that parents should be responsible for their children I had a 6-year-old there and I certainly kept an eye on her the entire time and it was frustrating, and disrespectful to all the other guests. I know that we were not the only guest who complain I spoke to many other people at the swimming pool and I am a mother of seven children and I had my 6-year-old grandchild there and I have to tell you that shame on the parents, shame on the hotel for letting that experience be thrust upon other people who stayed there. I will never stay at the Best Western again.
This was a great hotel for our stay. The rooms were nice and they were able to get us connecting rooms. The location was convenient and there is a WeGo shuttle stop right out front which was a great/affordable way to get to attractions. Plenty of parking for a daily fee. My daughter loved the pool, arcade and play set. The food/drinks/live music at the restaurant were great. The rooms generally appeared clean. The neighborhood is a bit run down but I felt safe staying there with my daughter. My only real concerns were the odd odor in one of our rooms and how quickly my daughter’s feet turned black when she was barefoot.
Loved our stay! We had booked rooms in the courtyard with patio door access to pool/games area with our daughter and their young family! It was PERFECT! The courtyard area is beautiful and well-maintained! Love the trees! Gives it a tropical feeling! Lots of seating areas and many tables! There’s also an arcade and a play area for kids and a golf area! Perfect for families! Great pool and two hot tubs to be enjoyed by all! It isn’t walking distance to the Falls but the WeGo system goes right by outside of hotel. There’s a McDonald’s adjacent to the hotel as well as a No Frills and pharmacy. Lots around! The hotel pub Macgilligan’s is very cool, nice bar, great cocktail selection and food menu! You can pick up your order, take it out to your room or to designated areas by the pool! How perfect is that! It was a perfect family vacation, especially great when you have younger kids! Not stuck in a hotel room!
Staff is very present and attentive! Thank you Best Western Niagara! Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed family atmosphere away from the busy-ness of Clifton Hill!
This was a good, older, well maintained motel. They have a beautiful indoor courtyard with playground, swimming pool, hot tub, and many real plants. The workers were very nice.
This motel really needs to update their bathrooms. The bathrooms are nice, but the tub showers are slick.
