We stayed just before the Canada Day.
This hotel is about 2 km away from the Niagara Falls parks, so be prepared for a walk.

While the bedding was excellent, the hotel itself shows age and is in needs of updates.

Be careful when booking - despite being a Best Western brand, there’s no breakfast included. There’s also a parking fee of $20 daily, which is something of an unexpected surprise when the hotel is so far away from the main attractions.

Overall, while NF tourist areas are hustling and bustling, you make a few steps away and you find yourself in a very different place with falling apart buildings and homeless people literally everywhere (even at Lundy lane memorial).

The whole city seems to be making money on parking and run-down motels and Indian restaurants.

We stayed here for three nights using a free night voucher and points, so it was a great value. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The pleasant front desk and housekeeping staff were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed in the pool courtyard rooms, which could use a little refresh. The pool area was nice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The location is in the land of strip malls, nothing scenic or special. The WeGo bus stop is just outside the hotel, which was convenient. The bus schedule was a little wonky, but we figured it out. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Nice hotel. Good location for us. We had a dance competition at the Americana. Lots of fast food restaurants walking distance and grocery stores. Rooms were good except we had a wonky toilet that moved when you sat. Shower had great pressure. The pool area was a nice atmosphere with all the trees and greenery surrounding some rooms. Next time I will get a room with sliding doors to go directly to the pool.
Definitely nice for families and groups of travellers.
