Location wise, very good. Not too crowded and not to far from Niagara Falls. Transportation is accessible. The ambiance is good in the pool area. A lot of restaurants nearby. The receptionist was very helpful and suggested places to go to. I will definitely come back here.
Wow! What a great experience. We LOVED this hotel. The people were so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. We couldn't believe the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed them all (pool/arcade/golf/playground/bar/restaurant). My kids (ages 3 & 7) didn't want leave. Perfect location for visiting the Falls and Clifton Hill. We would 10/10 recommend this hotel and hope to return one day.

The hotel was very clean, plenty of parking, pillows, and great coffee. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. It was close to everything. I loved it and will make this my go to hotel when I travel to Ontario.
