First impressions were fantastic. The owners were very kind and welcoming, which is always a good sign. The rooms were spacious and was an overall great experience. Would reccomend if visiting the falls.

If you need a clean, odorless, quiet place just for the night, this is a good place. There is also a small fridge. The owner was very helpful by recommending us a nice and authentic local place for breakfast, very close to the motel, Dad's Dinner.

First motel Ive been to personally and I loved it. The beds were very comfortable and the all the items that came with the room were all considerate. And the WiFi was good, along with being quite close to the Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to returning.

Stayed there for 4 night. The owners are the sweetest thing ever, makes you feel safe and welcome.
The place was very clean, fresh towels and room serviced everyday. There was a mini fridge in the room which made it convenient. The bed was very confortable.
Wi-Fi was working very well, I was connected while.having 2 teenagers watching videos each on their device.
30 mns walk to the falls or 3 mns walk to the green line wego station.
For the coffee addicted, I suggest you travel with your boiler or a small coffee machine. I'm a coffee addict and regardless where I go I make sure I have my stuff.
I booked it based on all the reviews I read and also read the negative ones. To those, all I can say is: if you want thick Egyptian towel, someone ready to bow at you the minute you walk in and granite counter, oversize bathtub, a place to spend over than half the time in the bedroom, I strongly recommend the Hilton by the falls executive suits or the casino by the falls. The Marriott will also be a nice place, but request room over the 22nd floor.
If you are looking for a nice, clean, safe, friendly, not far from the falls, on a budget deal. Parkway is the answer.
To me it was the little things that made it. I was traveling alone with 2 teens. We were out until very late, even tho it is very safe Jolly was always watching for us. On our arrival day, I had called to let them know we'll be arriving late. He waited for us until 10 pm to greet us. Showed us a map and all the things to do around. He made me feel safe right away.
I personally would choose it again on my next trip and will recommend it to anyone.
Please keep in mind it met my requirements which were: clean, safe, close, friendly, and cheap.

the Hotel was clean, wifi was functional with good speed.
The manager "Ray" was pretty awesome was able to give us feedback and good advise and wonderful customer service.
we was able to check at 1pm without problem.
Need renovation room look old but after all very quiet.
we did enjoy our stay.
Room tip: Wifi was better close to the reception like room 1,2,3,4

Not sure where the other reviewers stayed, or how legit the reviews are, seeing as half of them this is this first and only review. I got a bad impression upon arriving, as the desk clerk was not very welcoming/friendly. Very little conversation, didn't even bother asking if I could please sign my credit card receipt, just slapped it on the desk with a pen. A small gripe, but friendly staff really goes a long ways. Anyways - our room was up on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious, except for the bathroom which was tiny. The room was in sore need of a remodel. Wood paneling, ancient a/c, we were surprised that a flat screen tv was there instead of a tube tv. The a/c was a wall unit that barely kicked out any air, our room was hot all night long. The bed was very stiff. Before bed I went to use my laptop, but failed to find any signage indicating how to get onto the wifi, nor did the desk clerk give me anything with my key card. I was going to call the front desk to inquire, but there wasn't even a phone in the room. Decided to watch tv instead, only to find that there was no remote for the tv? On the bright side, the room was clean, and we had a quiet night. Literally only stay here if you need a place to sleep. If you want to do ANYTHING else - watch tv, surf the web, etc, stay somewhere else.
