I am very happy to say we took our grandson who is four years old to this hotel… We had our own entrance they look like cute little townhomes… The value you get especially in Niagara Falls is outstanding… The hotel is older but has been renovated… The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful… Reese was the girl who greeted us they let us check in early because we showed up at noon… Greg and Emmanuel we’re also very helpful… The pool was so warm we had a great time… The location was very close to the Wego bus made it very convenient to get to all the attractions… Rapid Rivers Hotel is the best kept secret I definitely would recommend this place ..great value for the money… Like I said very clean very quiet I love the rooms that have the outside entrance… Was nice for us to be able to sit outside on the porch at night while our grandson was sleeping …definitely this will be our hotel of choice next time we go to the falls… Oh and not to mention you get a fully cooked breakfast scrambled eggs sausage pastries coffee juice everything you could imagine… or Do you have a Keurig coffee maker in your room with a fridge to keep some cold drinks…You can’t beat the price… I was very impressed… They gave us fresh towels every day and toiletries plus the pool comes with towels… I definitely was Impressed with this quaint little hotel… Big shout out to the staff thank you again… See you soon

We booked this hotel as a long weekend trip to Niagra Falls for my sons wedding. We had a great view of the Niagra River from the 4th floor ! It was a good value, great location, clean rooms, and free parking. I think the best feature was the free breakfast and the amazing staff in the breakfast area ! I can’t say enough about Karen who runs the breakfast eatery ! She not only made the breakfast area very safe with the COVID protocols, she also offered a wonderful array of breakfast food to choose from each morning ! She was such a genuine kind person who took time to talk to us about my sons wedding and even helped with suggestions of where to get a cake! We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back!

The River Rapids Inn in Niagara Falls has a lot going for it – good value, a great location, clean well-maintained rooms, free parking, breakfast included, well-enforced COVID protocols and a helpful/agreeable staff at the reception. Karen who runs the breakfast eatery is also a star – she works hard to make the breakfast area more COVID-safe than any other dining establishment in the region. We did have ONE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE and that came when we tried to make reservations directly with the hotel by phone. It entailed a couple telephone exchanges worthy of a Monty Python episode – though it was difficult to see any humour in them at the time. It is hard to understand why they were so prickly, even more so given the positive experience of our subsequent stay at the hotel. Maybe it had more to do with the cumulated stresses on the hotel business through the pandemic?
