I will book this hotel each time I’m near the airport. There was a convenient free shuttle running for most of the day. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The beds were comfy. We got a great sleep. When our flight was delayed the staff were so accommodating and allowed us a late check out for free. We enjoyed the gorgeous pool, sauna, fitness room and outdoor patio with games provided. They were happy to hold our luggage while we enjoyed the facilities. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the bar staff were super. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and the people who work there. Thank you !

Beautiful rooms & amenities. Excellent client services. Luxurious and comfortable beds. Nice restaurant. Definitely worth the 4 star rating. The location is great, and very close to the shopping mall and a few restaurants. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Certainly one of my favourite hotel chains.

Conveniently located for travelers, well sound proofed. The handicapped accessible room had a very good shower, was clean and mattress comfortable. As I often find, for my needs, the bed a couple of inches too high and the chair, though with sturdy arms, a few inches too low, as was the commode, hand bar handy and well bolted. Am surprised so many places in handicapped rooms now have low commodes.

The best surprise was their excellent restaurant, varied menu and perfectly prepared dinners . (Rosemary and garlic flatbread, beautifully sauced salmon with vegetables, butter chicken, a very good Shiraz and luscious Tres Leche cake. ) The restaurant and adjoining bar lounge area would benefit from noise softening measures.

Each staff member was reliably welcoming, professional, thoughtful and helpful. I do not recall everyone's name though Karl at the entrance and an Asst. Outlet Manager, Mr. Syed Ahmed, are well remembered for their care.

Our family of 5 were stuck overnight in Toronto when our connecting flight was cancelled. I was able to book 2 rooms last minute and check in was easy. There was an electrical outage prior to us getting to the hotel and the elevators were not working (but being fixed when we got there). Since our rooms (I picked) were on the 11th floor they offer us rooms in the other tower on 2 but we chose to wait a few minutes. They were fixed in 10 minutes! The front desk gave us a coupon for Mosaic restaurant in the hotel (15% off) which we used. The restaurant has an Indian and an Italian chef so the menu is eclectic. The meals were delish! It was such a nice stay after a tough afternoon at the airport. They have free shuttle to and from the airport and I would recommend staying there.

For my birthday, we initially planned to reserve a room in downtown Toronto, but due to internal scheduling issues, we opted for a staycation closer to home. My daughter personally chose Hilton Toronto Airport and Suites, recalling our pleasant stay at Doubletree for her 6th birthday. Overall, our overnight stay at Hilton Toronto Airport and Suites was delightful. Here is a detailed review of our experience:

Location:
As an aviation enthusiast, this property was perfect. Our room offered a fantastic view of the runway, allowing us to watch planes arriving and departing from YYZ.

Price:
The cost is on the higher side, typical for a Hilton property. However, considering the overall experience, I believe it was worth it.

Room:
Thanks to my Gold membership, we were upgraded from a 2 Queen Bed room in the South Tower to a 1 King Suite with a separate living room and sofa bed. The suite was spacious, and all the furniture and equipment functioned well, except for the water pressure in the shower, which could use a boost.

Food:
We received a complimentary continental breakfast for two. The limited options led us to upgrade to a hot breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, I noticed that the bread was not replenished even after informing the staff.

Building Facilities:
This hotel is well-equipped to cater to both travelers and business guests. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, meeting rooms, half-court basketball, squash room (if I recall correctly), and a shuttle service.

Check-in Process:
The check-in was smooth, taking less than 15 minutes. The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was warm and acknowledged my Gold status.

Housekeeping Service:
We requested toothpaste, four pairs of slippers, and a shaving kit, all of which were delivered promptly. The housekeeping staff on our floor were particularly welcoming, greeting us warmly upon arrival.

Staff:
The staff were consistently pleasant and warm. From the bellboy who assisted us on arrival to the reception and housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and professional, contributing to a positive experience.

Given the opportunity, I would certainly consider this property for future staycations.

Room tip: High Floors to see the airport and the plane movements.
