We had the opportunity to work with Mark on a special take out dinner menu. Zoom and dinner with some old friends. What made this meal special was that Mark had all the course ready for pick up and took the time to prepared finishing instructions for each courses so the meal would be hot and we could eat as a group. He also selected a couple of wine and included these in our gourmet dinner package.
A great concept - Take and Bake, I felt like a world class chef.
We started the meal with some jumbo curried shrimp, prosciutto and fruit, followed up with some delicious red pepper soup that was deep with flavours. The steak was nicely spiced and topped with a Cuban lobster tail, potatoes and asparagus. The dessert was a raspberry cheesecake that left me wanting for more. A great evening of friends, laughs and fine food.
