The 3rd floor has a large rooftop deck to relax with views overlooking the city. A pleasure to view, and comes with two parking spots located in Moo Moo's parking lot!
Within easy walking distance to George Sy, The Rooms and many other city attractions.
Public transportation available across the street. Unit come with one parking space for small fee.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped home within easy walking distance of the city centre.
This place easily swallowed the 5 of us with room to spare. It is a period home and has tons of character. The creature comforts are all there and location is excellent. There is a well stocked kitchen with everything you would expect. The place is on a busy road but we did not experience much noise outside. We would stay another time for sure!

Fantastic heritage home, walking distance to everything
Myself, husband and our parents were very fortunate to have found this gem while staying in St. John's recently. I was hesitant to book a rental home, having never done it before, but the owner made the process very simple and easy. The pictures are accurate, though not doing justice to this stately home. The five of us never felt on top of each other as the home is large. There is plenty of space to accommodate guests. We all felt very relaxed in this home, actually we felt like it was our home while there.
The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking tools you could need. The ability to park right across the street was great, as finding parking in the St. John's area is a bid of a chore.
The home is situated so that you could easily walk to everything you would need. There is a large grocery store only 5 blocks away, a large convenience store 1 block away, and you are within 3 blocks of all the restaurants and shops on Duckworth and Water Streets.
The only downside to this home would be for those with mobility issues. There are 3 full flights of stairs to navigate from the main floor to the 3rd floor bedrooms. However, there is a bedroom, 1/2 bath on the main floor for those who could manage 2 flights to the kitchen.
I would definitely return to this property and would highly recommend to those planning on visiting the St. John's area.
