This hotel is on the edge of town but a very walkable distance to the town centre. The amenities - pool, hot tub - were a surprise. Rooms are spacious and clean and front desk staff are pleasant and helpful.

We booked a good deal at this hotel but weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! Even though it was obvious the hotel was old, the rooms were spacious, updated and clean. We loved that there was underground parking, a nice pool and hot tub... we enjoyed all of them. We will definitely stay again.

Booked this hotel because of the low room rate and was pleasantly surprised. It has been recently renovated and was quite comfortable. Although we could hear loud voices in the hallway, once they were in their rooms, did not hear a peep. Appreciated the coffee maker, fridge and microwave in our room. Did not go to the restaurant so cannot comment on food.
A couple of negative things to note for those who care about such things: bathroom is not very spacious and does not have a tub. Underground parking is very tight, but there is plenty of parking outside. Pool and hot tub area gets very crowded so our one attempt to use it forced us to retreat back to our room. These things I consider to be minor, so that's why I still give it a rating of four.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our touring holiday from Vancouver across to Banff. We stayed in a large spacious suite which had a cozy feel and a 'flame effect' electric fireplace. The room had a very large, comfortable bed, small kitchen with microwave as well as sitting area and cupboard with safe. It was well lit and had mountain views which were stunning. The hotel's lobby was welcoming and impressive in decor. The hotel has a pool and Jacuzzi which we used (no obvious changing rooms). There is a restaurant however during our time of stay - the restaurant was unfortunately closed, we were offered discount vouchers for adjacent sister hotel restaurants instead.

In summary - if you are exploring Jasper and it's surroundings - perfect hotel and would definitely stay here again - would recommend having a car!

Found this hotel for $99 a night during Spring Break. Due to the price, we had no idea what to expect... it was a very nice hotel - fully renovated rooms and very clean.

Coffee in room is a bit bland, but I don't expect great coffee in a room. Also it was really cold in our room, and couldn't seem to control the heat - turned out the window was open! Once we figured that out, the room was perfect! Also we were there during the week, so their dinner in the dinning room was not available. We did know this before going, and there are a lot of places to eat in Jasper, so this wasn't a problem for us.
