Cannot ask for more. Tried bison flank steak and pork shoulder along with truffle fires and olive accompanied with wine. The mains were fantastic, fries, golden, Cerignola olives w/pits, smartly picked - showing attention to detail. Quaffed a bottle Pinot Noir from Bourgogne and an Okanagan cab franc, both well priced and top notch picks, in addition to a lovely Bourgogne Rose, a Syrah Garnacha mix. Can’t go wrong with wine at the Marc. Their desert is traditional but well prepared and tasty. The staff is professional and the kitchen accommodates dietary restrictions.
