A very pleasant place to have a coffee or a meal, set in a wide piazza in the small village of Camino,in the Monferrato hills, overlooking the Po valley.
The lunch menu offered was a set one of 12 euro (including wine)and when we saw locals eating there, always a good sign, we decided to stay.
As it was a warm May day, we ate outside under an awning and enjoyed local salame, a roast and delicious "vino biologico", local red produced by the proprietor's father. It was so good we boughta bottle to take home.
Service was friendly and we were made very welcome, even though we left eating until rather late.
Definitely a place to go back to.
