We had such a wonderful honeymoon at the Hyatt Ziva. It was amazing from the service to the food. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here! The infinitely pool was INCREDIBLE. We spent almost every day at the pool.

Arriving in late August the weather was very hot, but the resort, food and staff were very good! Drinks were a bit watered down, but certainly understand why they do that!! Nice entertainment options in the evenings and throughout the day. Would love to visit again in December to February!

This was a great experience. I think the only thing is that the hotel is not located near useable beaches or attractions. However it is just a short drive away. This was not a big deal for us as the resort was amazing accommodating.

Honestly my only "complaint" was that I should have had more of those tacos at the adult bar. But seriously, it could not have been a more perfect place to bring in my birthday. I am so grateful I got to stay here

With travel having been interrupted over and over again this was a well needed recharge. Eight days and nights of pampering and relaxation. Did everything go perfect goodness no, but it’s not how it starts but how it ends is what I say. Little bumps (hurricane scare) caused a few things to get overlooked at first, but then we’re more than made up for.

Spa treatment was well worth it to get the last couple of years kinks out.

Service at the pool was top notch (Edgar and Juan) always greeting you with a masked up smile (smize) and a wave. Suggesting drinks and snacks to hit the spot. With great attention to all their patrons wether it was a packed pool or just a few.

Restaurants had some amazing food that we compared to some of the top notch restaurants we have been to. Mind you we are steak people so yes we had one every night.

Dozo had a fun experience at the grill (Lobster serving was huge) and went back for sushi and appetizers a different night.

Views from ocean front rooms were top notch. And a great option when traveling with adult kids.

Only real negative is yes this is a destination for groups some of them younger and they can get loud. Being on the end over the steak restaurant we were not bothered by them at all, but could see it as an issue if had younger kids.

Had fireworks a couple nights that were fun to watch, but they were LOUD. Would have been nice for management to let guests know that fireworks could be set off anywhere from 10-11 at night.

I could go on and on, but let’s just say we will return for another stay and we will encourage others to visit as well.
