Overall, this is the best all inclusive I have ever been to in Mexico. Food quality and service were over the top!

The 'negatives' are:
- Although we paid a premium and booked a 'honeymoon suite', we found out that ALL of the rooms are labelled 'honeymoon suites'! Even though the rooms are new, large, clean and gorgeous, it was a little disappointing as it wasn't a 'suite' at all.
-located between San Jose and Los Cabos. You cannot walk to either town. Must taxi. A totally fun evening was taking in the Artist Walk at San Jose on Thursday night.
-the beach is ideal for lounging, watching waves crash and long walks. However, it is not safe to swim as the surf is too strong.

The positives are:
-best food ever! I wish these exact restaurants were in Canada. Mezze and the Asian restaurant were the best. Chef Estevan in the Asian restaurant and server Roberto are fabulous. And Mezze's server Lucia was so personable and wonderful. The beef, labneh and lamb were outstanding! Please try these restaurants! You won't regret it!
-space! I don't know if we just lucked out because it is a fairly new hotel or if it wasn't full, but there were times that we were the only people by the pool or beach! Most people preferred the gorgeous infinity pool, but having a massive pool to yourself is very appealing. Isaias was so efficient with poolside food and drinks. Heavenly. And thanks to Gregorio and Juan for setting us up all of the time.
-spa - decadent! Special pools, saunas and steam room. So relaxing. Only downside is that once your spa credit is up, an 80 minute massage costs over $300 US. Thanks to Yadira, Anjelica and Maria at the spa for fabulous massages.
-the Ocean restaurant on the beach! Omar and Moises got to know us and had my latte ready as soon as I sat down. And Beatriz is adorable.
- the gym is new, shiny, large and loaded with tvs and all manner of nice equipment. I had a private Pilates session with Maria as I was the only one to show up. Maria is wonderful.
-finally, the butlers Gustavo and Edwin were so ready to make everything right and smooth. Excellent service guys.
-please tip the staff.
-music in the lounge is suberb
-special thanks to the bartender in the sports bar who found the soccer game and made the best margaritas!

Overall, I would stay here again. A very relaxing place. Do not come if you are just looking for a party place. Le Blanc is peaceful, relaxing and has the best food. You will be spoiled.

I must admit I feel honored by your recognition and your statement about Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos being the best resort in Mexico. For us, it is a joy to read you had such incredible time and most importantly, to know we met all of your expectations.

San José is well known for its beautiful streets and culture, while locals are also friendly and the city offers plenty of interesting things to do. I am glad to know you had the chance to tour around it.

I believe food is one of the most important aspects during vacation, being an All-inclusive luxury resort means we have to provide only the best, serving delighting dishes prepared by our talented chefs and using only the highest quality ingredients. I am grateful to know our gourmet cuisine has pampered all of your senses.

Last but not least, there is no doubt about the relevance our collaborators had during your stay. They are without any doubt our most valuable resource. New Property same old value to service from Palace resorts, Great variety of things to do, cuisine to sample, Top shelf drinks, amazing staff, long beaches in both directions, Amazing sunsets. Right now due to the resort being new the resort is not that busy.

Room Tip: All rooms has a awesome ocean view

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous vacation at LeBlanc Los Cabo's. Our trip began with excellent pickup service at the airport and an informative trip to the resortwith Elias. Our pick-up and return to the airport was equally interesting and entertaining with Alfonso.After check-in we were warmly greeted by Jorge, our butler. He showed us around our lovely room, told us about the wi-if connection and offered his services whenever we needed anything. Midway through the week our butler changed to Miguel and Elias who were equally helpful.

We had a great room on the 2nd floor with an ocean view. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We had a large bathroom with Bulgari amenities and a large bathtub. You entered the room using your wristband so there were no keys to worry about. (Lucky me, no lost keys this trip). There was a small night light in the bathroom that was very helpful if you had to get up during the night. We had excellent maid service. The refrigerator and snacks were refilled daily. On one evening Miguel, our butler, drew a wonderful bath for us when we returned to the room from the pool.

Most of our days were spent at the negative edge pool overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful. After our first day, Gregorio greeted us each morning and set up our chairs, towels, and cold waters. We looked forward to visiting with him every morning. We did enjoy food and beverage service at the pool and our waiters Isaias and Heriberto were attentive and helped us with our Spanish. We were lucky to be served by Cnidia on her first day of work at the pool. She was delightful and did an excellent job. We counted days with her and certainly look forward to seeing her on our return trip.

The setting for the resort is gorgeous, and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony at night listening to the sound of the ocean. On Saturday and Tuesday we were delighted with fireworks displays from down the beach.

All of the restaurants we visited provided excellent food and service. The waiters and managers were attentive and fun. They made excellent recommendations when asked about their favorites on the menu.We especially enjoyed breakfasts at Blanc Ocean. Beatriz, the hostess, always had a smile. Daniel, the manager, and Moises, Omar, Vicente, and Jesus were fabulous. Of course, we also enjoyed the fish tacos there for lunch and great fish dinners at night. They made every meal we had there very special. It is such a beautiful outdoor setting right on the beach. We enjoyed dinner at Blanc Italia. Lionel, the somalier, Alfonso our waiter, and Saul his assistant took excellent care of us. The food and wine were outstanding. At Blanc Asia Victor and Salvador made our evening very special. At Lumiere Cesar "the pleaser" provided us with many laughs as well as impeccable service. Our dinner at Blanc International was terrific. The chef's starter coconut shrimp was so delicious we suggested they add it to the menu. Jonathan, the manager and Alberto our waiter gave us great service. We ate at the Pizza restaurant one day for lunch. Salads and pizza were really good. Our waiter Jorge did a great job. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar and Blanc Fire. We also enjoyed coffee and sweet treats from the Coffee shop.

We made several trips to the spa. Wow!! It was beautiful and the services were outstanding. The sauna and steam rooms are large and the attendant service was spot on. Cold towels for your face and cucumbers for your eyes. The "ice room" was new to me, but I enjoyed it. My husband and I tried the signature 80 minute 4-hand Pericu massage and loved it. Fabiola, Correa,Salgado, and Maria were great.

Check-out time seemed to arrive all too quickly, but Monserrat made the procedure very pleasant. We certainly hope to return soon.

I’m not even sure where to begin! There’s just so many good things to say about this beautiful resort!

First of all, the property itself is AMAZING. Every single detail was well thought out, from the lobby and the overall decor; to the outdoor “living rooms” with fireplaces, to the actual rooms. We were very impressed with the 5 Star luxury accommodations. I don’t know if you could ask for any more in a resort! The balconies were nice additions (versus Cancun), and we literally had an ocean view from every part of our room. The Apple TV’s are a nice touch as well!

Our private transportation was waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport, and we were soon making our way to the resort in a brand new Cadillac Escalade.

As soon as we pulled up to the door, we were greeted by Alfonso and others, and were happy to have a toast with Le Blanc’s signature welcome drink, something we’ve come to enjoy after several visits to Cancun.

We were escorted to our rooms, and our Butler went over every detail. Once we settled in, we went to explore, and my wife had requested to be unpacked by the Butlers.

Our Butlers, Alonso and Eduardo, were fantastic! I had more interaction with Alonso, given he was there during the day hours (and we went to bed early every night), and he was simply amazing. Eduardo also met our every wish each and every night, and made sure we were well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about these two. They really did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Alonso even ordered us flowers and made a special delivery for us one day at the restaurant.

The spa was one of the highlights of the trip. Thanks to Albierto for wonderful service each and every time, and also Alejandro, for his service! (There was also a very nice lady that greeted us back each and every time at the front! I forgot to write her name down but hope you can figure out who she is! She always remembered us!) The spa itself was amazing! We enjoyed the hydrotherapy pools and rooms (sauna, steam room, ice room), and the massages were...perfection. We each had a few regular massages and a four hands massage. Keyla, one of our therapists, was phenomenal! The Four Hands Couples Massage was the best massage we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

We spent most of our days by the pool, and did opt for a cabana one day, which was worth it. Gregorio (Pool Butler), Heriberto and Eduardo (Pool Butler) made sure we had everything we needed. They truly made our week! We couldn’t have asked for better service. Very friendly folks, along with everyone else that we interacted with at the pool. The main infinity pool itself was fantastic, and the hot tubs were a nice touch. We spent most of our time at the main pool, but did venture into the others throughout the week.

One of my favorite parts of the vacation was the dining. Simply put, it was absolutely superb, and a step above the Cancun location (which is saying a lot)!

Blanc Italian was by far our favorite restaurant. We enjoyed the selection of appetizers, soups, pastas and seafood dishes. Our favorites were the tomato soup, lasagna, langoustines, and the Sea Bass. Alma, Saul, William and Daniela were simply fantastic! Special thanks to our waiter, Alfonso, who we had the pleasure to dine with twice (we went 3 times over the course of the week)! We also enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant, and Maribel, Roberto and Humberto were amazing! The food was phenomenal; we enjoyed the mezze platters and the lamb dishes. Easy to share and delicious. The food at Lumiere and Blanc Asian, and Blanc International were great for dinner, and we did Blanc Ocean most days for lunch (or ordered from the pool). The tacos envenenados and the ceviche were some of our favorites. Breakfast at Blanc International was always good, and Eliseo and Cesar took great care of us throughout the week!

Overall, it was picture perfect from the time we arrived, until the time we had to say goodbye. Alfonso, our driver home, was the last to see us off, and provided a great trip and service back to the airport.

There are very few things we’d change about the resort. From a service standpoint, we came in with very high standards given that we’ve been to Le Blanc Cancun several times since 2012. Service in Cabo was very, very close to the standards they set in Cancun, and given they only opened 2 months before we came, I’m certain they’ll exceed them on our next trip back. Overall, the fantastic people and service are what keep
us coming back to Palace Resorts, and Le Blanc in particular, and the folks at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos made our trip simply perfect, and one to remember.

(We tried to keep track of as many names we could, but rest assured each and every one of you made our time in Cabo unforgettable!)

Thank you Le Blanc Los Cabos! We will forever remember your kindness and hospitality! We will be back soon!

My husband and I just returned from a great week at Le Blanc – Cabo San Lucas. Although a new property, the staff and management of this latest addition to the Palace network made it seem as if they had been operating in this location for many years, instead of just a few months.
Our experience started when we were picked up at the airport by ¬¬¬¬¬Elias, who provided back ground of the area as we made the drive to the resort. Our drive back to the airport was equally entertaining with even more local information being provided by Alphonso. Their language skills and knowledge are a real plus for Le Blanc.
After checking in we met our butler, Jorge, who quickly made us familiar with the room and its amenity package. The rooms are obviously new, large and very well appointed. Jorge was the first of three Butlers that provided their invaluable services to us. Miguel and Elias who were assigned to our floor mid-way through our stay maintained the superb level of service that we had become accustomed to receiving from Jorge. In general, this is a part of the Le Blanc experience that is probably one of our favorites. Our Butlers were a source of information and they made it so easy to get reservations in the restaurants and spa. There was simply never a request that was left unfilled.
The spa at Le Blanc Cabo is amazing. Adriana and the other receptionists greeted you with a smile and then the magic began. The hydrotherapy area is beautiful and a wonderful place to enjoy your steam sauna or Jacuzzi pools. We enjoyed several massages and other services at the spa. The therapists were superb, and the efforts of Olga, Celina, Fabiola, Marie, Kenya and Fidelia, as well as the locker room attendants were always well presented. We especially enjoyed the narrative and introductory portions of the major massages offered in this resort.
The Food and Beverage operation was flawless. Our first night set the standard with service and great food and wine served by Isabella. We had the opportune to spend time with Ulisis the manager of the International restaurant the first night. Ulisis, like all the managers of the various restaurants, is a real professional. Whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, his friendly greeting and his insistence on attention to detail was evident. He really made us feel “welcome.” The efforts of Isabella the first night, as well as the service offered by Jonathon, Alberto and Jorge at our second dinner were excellent. Jorge managed the switch from pizza place to steak restaurant with ease.
Daniel, the manager of the Ocean Restaurant has assembled a great team. Under his leadership we always had an impeccable level of service from the time we were seated by Beatriz, and attended to by Omar, Jesus, Moises and Vincente who acted as our guides through the menu. Moises managed to find a way to both serve and entertain us throughout the week. He has a great energy! Over the course of the week this great staff did their very best to make us feel like family, and given their approach, I am sure we were not alone in feeling very welcome. We will miss them. It sure doesn’t hurt that this restaurant has such an incredible setting being right on the edge of the beach! The waves crashing so close is amazing!
We also enjoyed the resort’s Romantic Dinner that was staged by Daniel and the Ocean Restaurant. We were very pleased to have one of our new friends, Jesus, provide our service that night and he did a perfect job of making the occasion very, very special.
We managed to sample each of the restaurants over the course of the week and whether it was at the Italian with service by Alfonso and Saul, or at the Pizza location with Jorge, we were always pleased with their recommendations. Victor and Salvador in the Asian location and Cesar at Lumiere also helped build on the culinary experience we had. We were very pleasantly surprised to find Leonel, who we first met at Playacar Palace serving as the Sommelier at the Italian restaurant.
Unlike many of our other stays at the various Palace resorts, we found ourselves drawn to the pools instead of the beach. The new pool facilities are terrific! Gregorio, Eduardo and the rest of the pool attendants were great about making sure we had towels, shade and plenty of water not to mention the other beverages!. It always seemed like they anticipated what we needed before we had to ask. The food and beverage crew were attentive and friendly. We came to look forward each day to our personalized Spanish lessons from Isaias and Heriberto. We also participated in the first week of service by Cnida who are predicting will quickly become a stalwart of this group. Her ready smile and cheerful outlook are special.
All-in-all a splendid experience and one we hope to replicate again later this year. Just a great new jewel in the Palace family.

Our spa is equipped with everything you need to have the most relaxing time of your life. I would also like to add we have the best hydrotherapy facilities in the area, with sauna, cold room, steam room and so much more. It is definitely an experience you should not miss.
