“Amazing Apartment”
Reviewed 17 July 2018 for a stay in July 2018

This apartment is fabulous. It is on the promenade, looking over the sea. The apartment is huge with king sized bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor and an amazing double bedroom with en-suite on the top floor. The en-suite has a massive bath overlooking the sea, very romantic. The whole apartment was beautifully and very tastefully decorated/furnished, spotlessly clean, very light and airy, with everything you could need for your stay. Gary and Myriam have done a wonderful job refurbishing and kitting out the apartment, they obviously have excellent taste. You will never get fed up of the gorgeous views overlooking the beach. We used the apartment for a base to explore Wales, as it is very close to lots of attractions, although I could have just stayed in the apartment for the whole time, it was so beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to stay there again.

“Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location”
Reviewed 21 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

This was our second visit to the apartment and we had another fantastic weekend. With 6 of us staying (4 adults and 2 children) in the 3 bedrooms we loved the comfy beds and lots of space. It is really clean, well decorated and the sofas in the front room are fab for relaxing in after a day of walking or being on the beach. The kids loved the big bath on the upper floor, and the shower in the main bathroom is really powerful and spacious. The washing machine and tumble dryer are really handy if needed.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped and couldn't be in a better location with amazing sea view and within 1 mins walk of 2 playgrounds, a restaurant and café.

We ate in Oceans restaurant next door and had ice cream at the Beach Pavillion Café across the road - both highly recommended.

Great apartment for families or couples.

The apartment owners, Gary and Myriam were very friendly and happy to help. We can't wait to return again.

“Great place!”
Reviewed 20 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great place to stop. If you’re looking for a relaxing week by the beach then this is the place. Even in the winter there is plenty going on and the views are fantastic. Relax in the bath and look out to the sea or put your feet up in the front room and watch the boats go by. The apartment has pretty much everything you could need.

- there are two playgrounds within 5 mins walk.
- The beach is on your doorstep with some grass for football etc so the kids love it.
- the village Co-op is within walking distance and has most things.
- well worth visiting the beach cafe and Oceans for a huge portion of fish & chips. The village Indian is great but they do take forever and are never ready on time.

I think you could spend a week here and not drive anywhere, but there are tons of places to visit nearby if you want more.

The only small thing we would change is the mattress on the top floor which is rock hard (hopefully that will get changed at some point), but otherwise this apartment is first class and we would highly recommend it.

Relax in Wales and enjoy every minute. Give it a go.

“Something for all ages”
Reviewed 29 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

As a family of 6 ranging from teenagers to grandparents, we stayed at Sea View Apartment for a week. We were very impressed with the location across a quite road from the beach, which had lots of room to play when the tide was out and safe swimming when it was in. The younger members of the family spent most of their time here. For the more mature of us, there was time to relax in the apartment with great views over looking the sea, across to Puffin Island and Angelesy. We also made use of the Pavilion located across the road with a good selection of food and drink. When we felt energetic, there was a lovely coastal path to walk along.

The facilities in the apartment were also excellent. It was a big help having a washing machine and dryer to keep on top of laundry. The beds were very comfortable and of a high standard. Particularly in the "Penthouse" with a deep stand alone bath where you can look out to the sea.

Small shops and take-away's were near by, and the larger towns of Bangor and Llandudno were a short drive along the A55.

In summary, there was something to please everyone in the family from the more energetic to those of us that were looking for a relaxing break.

“Ticks every box-and more!”
Reviewed 29 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Beautiful and luxuriously furnished, Sea View is everything we wanted from a holiday home and more.
Friendly owners who communicated with us regularly during our stay to ensure everything was ok, we felt we could easily approach Gary if we'd had any issues.
The flat is at the top of a huge Victorian house with stunning sea views to the front and equally majestic mountains to the rear-and the odd glimpse of trains running by is a bonus!
Equally great for staying and playing on Llanfairfechan beach or travelling a little further to Angelsey or Llandudno. You really can take your pick. We didn't try the two very close eateries although both look clean and with good food choices. Chippie is ok and we really enjoyed the Indian, both a short walk away. The local Co-op is handy too.
All in all we had an amazing and relaxing time here, we cannot recommend Sea View high enough-book for yourselves and experience it- and hope to be back.
