The staff, service and food were very good! The walls of the rooms are paperthin. There was a lot of noice from the other guests. It got better when we asked them not to be so loud :-)
Overal nice experience

You can't really blame the hotel for the screaming kids and shouting drunks; but there were both. The hotel is located in walking distance [for most] of the center of SMA It is located on the west side of the main road in, from the south, after the rotary for the bypass.

It has a modern room design and extensive, well-kept gardens. It may seem a little odd to walk through the restaurant, to reach your room, but this is how it is! The room had lots of space, good lighting and was triangular in shape, with a sitting and dining area. The bathroom was fairly large. The shower could use some updating but there was plenty of hot water and water pressure! Internet in the room was slow to non-existent: plenty of signal but probably overloaded.

There was lots of building work, outside the main entrance, which made the place very loud. I expect this will be complete very soon.

On Sunday, there is a brunch buffet, which was a little pricy, but very well done. Looking at the license plates, in the parking lot, it seems plenty of people visit from el DF.
