Nicole muy bueno, cornhole muy bueno. Actividades muy bueno. Fantastic trip! Tequila is very good, the bars are stocked. Lots to do at night, especially with all the shows and the bingo/kahoot. Wont be dissapointed.

I loved my stay at Iberostar! This was my first all inclusive and I enjoyed myself insanely. The drinks were good, the buffet was good, and I enjoyed all the pools and the beaches. The hotel staff were the best part of this trip 100%, especially Franco. He was so energetic, checked in on my family every day, and got us excited for all the games around Iberostar. He made us feel so welcomed every day. I also really enjoyed the aerial yoga class with Jackie and Erica. All of the bar and food staff were so excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. Housekeeping was great and had cute setups every day. The steakhouse was definitely the best restaurant in the hotel.

I only had a few cons, but they didn’t really impact my stay. The rooms were a little too hot for me, and I felt like they didn’t get cool. I also didn’t love the portions at the hibachi restaurant, but the meat was cooked well. I wish we could have tried the Italian one.

Many of the restaurants service was poor. Had to complain to the manager to be able to get service and drinks. On the other hand, steak house and Japanese house was excellent service. Not sure if it was because they knew we were members or is it their normal service, but the buffet restaurant had horrible service. Pools were cold and not too much entertainment compare to any other Iberostar resort

Had an amazing stay at the resort. It was a large group and the staff was as accomodating as possible, lots of activities for all ages. Our favorite staff member was Franco he has the best personality.

We stayed here for a conference, which was very nice. Then we stayed for a few extra days to relax & enjoy and while we were packing up to leave, my friends ear buds (Beats) were gone from the night table. she never took them out of the room.
