Agree with other reviewers, checkin in slow and unless you are a timeshare owner you end up with the worst rooms. Hotel staff will go the extra mile to prove guests wrong and not take ownership of their shortcomings.
Despite being a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I found that the benefits I typically enjoy were completely disregarded. The staff seemed more focused on timeshare sales and appeasing timeshare owners than on providing a quality experience for regular guests. Was told straight that Bonvoy benefits aren't applicable at this hotel (early checkin, room upgrades, late checkouts, welcome drinks, etc)
