Restaurant staffs were nice, location was good. Front desk reception and management was borderline horrific. Everything else was sub par. Check in took much longer than it needed to be. Ours were 20 mins, the family we came in with took 40mins. Third night into our stay the ceiling fan fell off the ceiling onto the bed, fortunately we were out of the room. Manager Marisol put us to another room, but it was near an equipment room, my in laws asked for a quieter room, then they moved us to another floor where the elevator broke so we had to walk 5 floors or use the service elevator. When we asked manager Marisol, she said you asked for another room so this is what you get, nothing else we could do. During the day of the hurricane, they still wanted us out by 1pm upon multiple requests knowing all fights were canceled or delayed. Really not the Westin standard I expected. Marisol did credit us $10K points but considering the ceiling fan could seriously hurt someone and the multiple room changes, I would gladly give the $10K points back for better service and experience. I would never stay here again there are so many other choices in this area.
