Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort. The ocean views and pools are fantastic. The concierge, specifically Karissa, helped us find the perfect activities for our trip. The wait staff at the restaurants were incredibly friendly and helpful and always went above and beyond to meet and exceed our needs, particularly, Jessica and Armondo. Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Senior couple and we stayed on 5th floor towards beach. Fantastic view. We had a studio. It had plenty of kitchen and room. We walked to the next light left out front and there is a shopping center with a grocery store upstairs. Good value on everything. There is also a mall across the street. We went to the movie theatre across the street. We ate all our meals at this resort.The specialty nights were great. The outside swim up bar in the evening had brick fired flat breads that were good. The pools were perfect temp. and beach very wide and pretty.

The workers are awesome and so friendly. Rooms need a little updating. Joaquin our favorite bartender. Service with a smile. But they all are great. Can't wait to come back. The activities people awesome also.

Just had another great week at the Westin. This was my third time at the resort and we have loved it every time. The staff is very always great. Joaquin Martinez was our favorite bartender. He was so friendly and helpful. He makes the best cucumber habanero margarita!

Villa was beautiful with a stunning view of the beach. All staff was always friendly and very helpful. Very accomodating anytime we needed anything. Located right across the street from upscale mall with lots of good restaurants. We ate at the hotel one night food was good nothing spectacular. Drinks at swim up bar during happy hour were good but be careful about tips. They added the gratuity on the bill, we couldn't read the bill very well because of the glare of the pool and added another generous tip. Overall, we left a $50 tip on a $60 bar bill. Also, be aware of the onsite ATM. This ATM charges $6 in fees while the ATM across the street at the mall charged fees of $3. Gym facilities were nice, beach was fabulous with plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. Hot tubs are not very hot but the pool is heated and very comfortable. The pool slide is really fun and warm water is in that section of the pool as well. The villas have washer and dryers and they include a full bottle of laundry soap as well as dish soap in th kitchen.
