My friend and I took his son on a trip to Mexico City to celebrate his enlistment in the Marine Corps. We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and we had an incredible time.

The room was great, and we had plenty of space for all 3 of us. We had a view of the garden, not the Zócalo, but we didn’t mind since we spent our time out and about. The garden view was nice though.

Alejandro and Ventura were great. They both work at La Terraza Restaurant, and took care of our every need. The food there is incredible, and the service phenomenal, which is why we dined there almost everyday. Montserrat, Rubi and Rosa were also amazing, and they work at the bar on the 4th floor. Both the bar and La Terraza restaurant have an incredible panoramic view of the Zócalo.

The hotel is beautiful, and lives up to every expectation. We purchased the breakfast package for $1 dollar/day per person, and had a great breakfast at the restaurant located on the same level as the lobby.

There are so many sites within walking distance, and the staff gave us some great tips on where to go and eat. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and stay at this hotel, and we can’t wait to return.

I loved, loved, loved the building (exquisite architectural details), location, fun rooftop restaurant, and friendly/caring staff. My only complaint, and it’s really a small one, is the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room as cold as I like it. A huge shoutout to the accommodating and friendly staff, especially Salvador, Manuel, Enrique and Cynthia. They were great with helping us get reservations and navigate around the city.
