We have a whole week left to enjoy a wonderful spectacle like the solar eclipse, the hotel was definitely a good host since upon receiving us they gave glasses to see the eclipse and I loved it, the staff was very friendly and the service was 10, It is my first time in Mazatlán and I would visit them again
This hotel is directly on the malecon, good location. But the rest was pretty poor. The rooms are extremely dated.Old furniture, old decor, fitness center closed, no fridge and our reservation stated these amenities were included! Also a missing ceiling fan. I would not return . Do not be fooled by the pictures. Make sure to see a room before committing to this hotel. We had a real surprise.
We went to bar and restaurant great service good snacks not many choices in the local area so this is a wonderful to have the option of something tasty and well proced catch the happy hour always a great deal i would come here and recommend to anyone
I loved the view loved the service it was amazing their team is just awesome!! The girls Susan and Ana from reception saved me from certain starvation with that amazing breakfast they offer at the hotel’s restaurant I’m definitely making it my next year stop! That’s a fact
