This hotel was one of the best in Mazatlan. The staff was amazing!! The food and location is unbeatable. The beach is feet away. Lydia was amazing and so sweet. She checked us in fast and helped along the way. All the staff at the courtyard Marriott was amazing

Lidia as been an incredible help for us during our stay. Thanks Lidia for your help and availability. She gave us some tips of what to see and enjoy with a nice budget cost. She also made a couple of reservation at the restaurant at the resort and another nice see food restaurants

Everything was amazing during our stay personnel was so caring Moises waiter at the restaurante, Eliud at the pool bar, Lidia incredible at the reception and lobby took care of everything also the cleaning professional ladies that kept our room sand free!
Unfortunately this is not related to the hotel
The none stop music in the beach sometimes up to 11 pm made it hard to fully relax and enjoy Mazatlan beaches but this is not a hotel issue is a city problem and it’s horrible

First impressions most certainly exceed expectations. This Courtyard is a gem! We had quite the journey to get here and ran into a couple of obstacles at check-in.
Never once was this a problem for Roberto. He saw that we were being challenged and he really saved the day. I'm with my family in my room and very grateful to this young man. I admire his willingness to meet our needs without losing the smile on his face. Roberto, you are appreciated!

Lidia and Rodolfo took very good care of us during our stay they are at the reception. Everything is beautiful and was an overall great experience. Breakfast was good and also the food at the pool. Will stay here again and do recommend this place.
