Mr.Arnulfo Estrada is a very good and very fair hotel manager. Great quality and very kind and friendly clean place. Great view of the ocean and fair price as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
Nice hotel with a nice view of the beach, clean room with a nice staff, had a very professional photography session by the hotel with pictures taken by the beach. Photographer was super nice and took our pictures quick and came out amazing.
No pros, all cons:
They charged me 500.00 pesos per day for bringing my son along, he was considered the 4th person. Why? He stood in the same room, just to use the facilities?
This is the definition of taking advantage of the situation.
Speaking of the room, what a joke! Smells, is very small, the beds are full size, two people can't really rest on it. The closet spaces all beat up, did I mentioned the room smelled?
The pool was ok. The hotel personal are always on the prowl trying to bust you for not buying drinks in the hotel.
The exterior needs paint and just outside the hotel by the sidewalk, the stench of piss is overwhelming.
The beach area is way to small, the hotel is located in a corner and it makes for the space to run out of sand, particularly at high tide.
Do yourselves a favor and stay at Gaviana or playa mazatlan, I've stayed there before and are, by far, much nicer places.
Greatful and very Nice view from the room to the sea. Pool clean, very good service and personal.
Good food and drinks, a lot of hospitality and attention.
