First of all, not what you see in the pictures. There are way better hotels for the same price. There is no AC in the lobby area and there are lots of mosquitoes. We requested an ocean view room and an upper floor to stay away from noise in the pool area, is like they did it on purpose and gave us first floor room (115).
They say they can’t give us an ocean front because of the hurricane that will come the next day after we leave. Today is not even cloudy or windy, still they put us in a crappy room in the first floor, even when the hotel is not at full capacity. Beach is closed, which we understand due to high waves, but we can’t go to the beach and not even look at it from the room? I would’ve saved my money and stay in a hotel in downtown.
Also, what kind of beach front hotel have rooms that are not hurricane preventive? Front desk lady wasn’t even trying to provide a solution.
There is not printed or QR menu for room service so we had to wait for 20 minutes looking at the TV promo channel to quickly capture it.
Overall bad, we were expecting so much more for the good reviews. My mom and I were having a special get away and all of that is ruined.
We are contacting booking to see if we can get a change of hotel, since we are only here for 3 days.
Save yourself for a bad experience and stay elsewhere.
