They provided us with Great service at Park inn. The customer service was great and the food was delicious we tried various plates and they were all very tasty. We had an ocean view and clean room. The room service and housekeeping was great. Ayline at the front desk helped us with check-in and check-out she was friendly and very polite. The family and myself would return.

We visited The Park Inn by Radisson in April to check it out for a later trip by our motorcycle club. It exceeded our expectations, and we extended our stay. The following week we returned with 22 members of our Lake Chapala Los Güeros mc club. Excellent personal attention was paid to our reservations by CLAUDIA BALLESTEROS, Reservations Manager. She fully informed all staff of our arrival and check-in went seamlessly. The rooms were modern, clean and had all the amenities we hoped for, including hairdryers, water, coffee & tea in all rooms, and the *best* rain showers ever! Our view was of the ocean and pool area and was spectacular. Nearby restaurants and those in the gold coast area were easily accessible by taxi, or the Red Trucks which were initially arranged by hotel staff, and carried up to 10 of us for less than $15 USD total. We enjoyed this hotel and the excellent assistance of Claudia Ballesteros so much that we are returning next month to celebrate our First Anniversary !!

I paid $105 US dollars for a room right above the parking garage with a 4 x 5 window with slats outside so it feels like you’re in a jail. The room itself is 8 feet wide by 20 ft including the bathroom so I really feel like I’m in a jail cell. The furnishings are bare and there is no refrigerator in the room. The drain in the bathroom sink is SLOW. I can barely wash my hands without it filling to the top. This is the UGLIEST room I have ever stayed in in all my life! I’m here for a 2 night stopover during a long drive. If I wasn’t so tired, I’d just leave tomorrow ASAP!
