Excellent value for the price, clean rooms, great view of the beach, the food in the restaurant was good, bar service in the pool excellent and affordable, beds are very nice to sleep in, big rooms with good seating area.

They have everything what is needed to get the 4 stars, but all in a budget way. All equipement is minimalistic.

Hot water is not available, after asking at the reception we have been answered in a not nice and agressive way. We insisted to see another room and at the whole hotel we where told that there is no hot water. A real bummer for a 4 star Hotel!

The breakfast buffet is really good with fresh juices, but besides that i cannot recommend to pay the high prices of this place for this poor performance.

Also the rooms are ok, beds are new and good, but very small and as all the hotel minimalistic.

I liked my room, the access to the beach and the staff was very nice and polite. I did not like the food, I had room service and the coffee was cold, I did not get sugar or cream. The hotel is located in a new area in Mazatlan and it was too far from stores and restaurants.
