I’ve been visiting the gold zone Panamas for over 25 years, I’ve seen seen it grow and grow to the powerhouse restaurant/ bakery chain they are now.
Sometimes in the morning there is a wait, but they are setup for social distancing, both inside and outside the restaurant.
Great service, good consistent food and the bakery , especially the cakes, wonderful!

The best place to have breakfast, dont Forget to ask for “pay de guayaba” guava pay. All bread is home made

We went here for breakfast as this was our friend's favorite restaurant. Waited for 30 minutes or more and got a table. Service was good but the breakfast was ok. Sure you could get a selection of items but it is still breakfast. Got an omelet and it was good. Was it the best? No, it was ok. Not sure what all the fuss is about with this place. I have had much better breakfasts in my travels and this is not really on my list of returning. It is an average breakfast place with a long wait.

We ate at the one near the market in old town Mazatlan. This was a great surprise. The food was very good and the restaurant was very clean.

It really surprises me how good the wide menu and given service keeps on at a high level. The guava pie is delicious as well as natual fruit beverages.
