“Wonderful holiday , a little piece of paradise”
Reviewed 18 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We stayed at villa Saifon for 10 days , it was beautiful ,the villa exceeded our expectations it is set in a beautiful location and very luxurious Infinity pool overlooking lake & mountain is incredible.. Fon , Michael and staff were wonderful and did everything to make our holiday very special . Fon arranged all the trips for us ,making it all very stress free. We had several fabulous meals cooked at the villa , which were the best Thai food we have ever tasted . we did eat in Ao nang which was very good but not as special as eating at the villa . Transport from the villa made it very easy to go out at night . We did the island trips which was great but go early in the morning to avoid crowds & choose a calm day !

“Fantastic”
Reviewed 16 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We came on holiday with our extended family, kids and adults - 20

The Villas were amazing - clean, big bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and outdoor space. The pool was so nice - beautiful temperature. Lots of outdoor loungers.

The owners were really nice. Came over and asked about our dinner arrangements etc - really nice to talk to, easy to get along with. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were friendly - hardly knew they were there.

Didn't want to leave!

“What a paradise!”
Reviewed 24 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

We stayed at Villa Saifon3 for 5 days whilst attending a family wedding at the nearby Phulay Bay hotel.

In a word, WOW! Airport pick up in a 'Business Class' minibus - massage seats, wi-fi, the works - then met by Fon and her team. They explained everything and showed us how it worked.

The bedrooms are lovely. Nice beds with lovely soft clean linen, and very cleverly folded towels - we had Elephants & flowers! The living room & kitchen were nicely furnished and equipped, including a Platinum Package on the TV.

The pool & sala are incredible! Shade if you want it, sun loungers if you don't and a crystal clear pool with easy access and a great view. We especially liked the 'on demand' waterfall into the pool! Our 3 year old Grand-daughter didn't want to get out!!

The cleaners came in each day & brought fresh towels and we had 2 bed changes in 5 days! Fon couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. She also let us see Villa Saifon5 and that's lovely too!

We treated ourselves to Fon's dine-in option on our last night. What a spread! Great food, cooked from fresh ingredients that tasted divine.

The Villa is a little way (10 minutes) out of Ao Nang in a rural area - there are elephants right around the corner - but a free taxi each day means it wasn't an issue.

In reference to some other reviews - we're not part of the management's family! We had no power cuts (despite a cracking thunderstorm), the A/C worked fine and the service was impecable, friendly, efficient and very quick.

Happy to recommend it to anyone. We'll definitely go back. If you don't like the Management Company, book direct with Fon!

“A Mini Palace.”
Reviewed 1 November 2013 for a stay in October 2013

As this was our first visit for us to Phuket Thailand, my son (who lives in Phuket) wanted our first few days to be relaxing & getting to know our new daughter-in-law and grandson. Wow, he certainly didn't disappoint with our stay at Saifon Villa! Our first view of the villa as we went down a little track was breathtaking. A lovely Thai style mini palace. Everything about it was perfect, the first impression, the villa itself and the back drop - all picture perfect. The villa was five star luxury and our bedroom (the master bedroom) was amazing with so much room. We could have had maid service for cooking but we just had them to make beds and tidy up each day although we had them make a BBQ for us on our last evening when we had some friends also stay with us for the evening which was fantastic. A taxi service was all part of the package taking us to and from the nearest town for evening meal. It was a magical place one we will never forget and made the rest of our holiday all the more special. We would love to return one day and will certainly recommend to family & friends. Who knows perhaps we will revisit in the future? Definitely 5 stars for us but really should be 10 stars! Thank you to all the villa staff who made our stay so special.

“We'll definitely be back!”
Reviewed 27 October 2013 for a stay in October 2013

I'll start at the beginning.

After a VERY long journey (3 planes) to Krabi from the UK, we were picked up by the company in a luxury minibus (tv, aircon, massage seats, very nice) and taken to the villa. There we were greated by all the staff, Fon and her team and welcomed. They helped us to settle in and made us feel very comfortable.
It was night time. We were all tired and retired early.

In the morning the view from the villa could be fully appreciated. It was beautiful! A stunning rock formation, luscious palm trees, a close lake within the grounds, beautiful flowers maintained by the gardener. It was heaven.

The pool was always clean, in fact everywhere was always clean.
Each day the excellent and friendly staff cleaned the villa. It was always spotless and tidy with the added touches of towel decorations and flowers.
We told Fon we were out to go elephant trekking and on our return the towels were arranged into cute little elephant pairs.
Everyday was filled with the highest quality service with personal touches.
I cannot rate the staff highly enough.
In the last few days there my brother became ill. Perhaps some allergic reaction.
The villa bus took him, his fiance and our parents to a doctor. Fon went along too and was a huge help with translating from Thai. That really meant a lot to us.
She and her whole team were genuinely concerned with all of our welfare and happiness, and I wish to extend a personal thankyou to you all.

I couldn't have been happier at the villa, with the location, with the villa itself and with the service.
There were tv's in every room if you wanted to watch, with surround sound in the living room, and DVD players, and an IPod dock.
The WiFi mostly worked well, until I tampered and pressed the reset button. But Fon was on the case and had it back up again.
The aircon worked beautifully in all rooms, there is a laundry service if you require, the cleaning and housekeeping is impeccable (my brother's scooter was even washed) and there's optional house cooking.
Let me stop here.
We ate out at restaurants the whole time as we found Thai food to be delicious and wanted to sample wherever we went.
But on one occasion Fon and her team cooked in house.
They set the table, they made the food and washed the dishes even!
And beyond doubt it was one of the tastiest meals I've ever eaten.
Fon was kind enough to leave a recipe and provide spices to take home so we could try to make it here.
Of course you pay for the staff labour and ingredients but it was reasonable and so very worth it.
I would highly recommend taking that option.

We were a party of 6. 4 of us stayed in the double beds, but I and my older brother didn't fancy sharing so took turns in sleeping in the third double bed, the other using the living room.
When the staff found out they were kind enough to transform the large sofa into a bed each day too.

I'm sure I have missed out
some points.
But I will sum up and say that visiting Thailand has been a hugely memorable trip. And Krabi Villa and it's staff were unforgettable. It was a home from home, and I really wish it was!
Thankyou to everyone there. We were so well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who remained cheerful and friendly throughout.

I am certain we'll be back.
Thankyou
Kob Kum Kap
