“Beautiful home away from home - lots of mod cons and well maintained”

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Ellen - very accommodating.

Family of 4 (2 teenagers). Nights in cosy and had netflix, games, wifi - wood burning fire amazing! Very well furnished and loved the mood lighting especially in beautifully fitted bathroom. Nice area and well positioned for visiting nearly Ellie, Pittenweem, Anstruther and St Andrews. Came across lovely Farm Shop Ardross - fruit and veg really nice.
Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic cottage in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our break. Lots of fire wood provided for the log burner and the lightning throughout was amazing. Thank you.

“Lovely stay”

I spent a very relaxing 2 nights at No 3 by the sea. A last minute booking in the October week for myself and my 2 children aged 7 and 13. The cottage is lovely, with everything you will need. My kids especially like the lighting in the lounge and bathroom! There is a post office/shop next door and a gift shop/cafe just across the road where we had a fab lunch. Very nice cakes! St Monans is a very picturesque fishing village, the cottage is just round the corner from the harbour. My kids enjoyed playing get on the beach and it was lovely watching the sun go down at night. It was the first time we had ever been in St monans but we would love to come back.

“Stylish and well-equipped”

We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing short break in this lovely cottage. Designed and equipped to a high standard, we wanted for nothing and particularly enjoyed the mood lighting and wood-burning stove. Although there was no parking at the cottage, we never had any difficulty in finding a space within 20 yards. We would have no hesitation in renting it again.

As soon as we walked in the front door we knew, the standard of the cottage was going to be high, and how right we were. Every room was just perfect, and very comfortable, with all mod cons, especially the lightning and the log fire. Location perfect, ample parking and everything in the cottage that you require. Owner very helpful and extremely friendly.
Highly recommend a stay at no 3 by the sea
