“A gem of a cottage with a truly homely feel. Perfect base for a Borders break or even visiting Edinburgh.”
Reviewed 20 April 2015 for a stay in September 2014

Muscovy House is like stepping into a cosy home. It is well equipped, always spotlessly clean and has plenty of little added touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Susie and Andy are always on hand in case there should ever be anything else you need or even just for recommendations on places to visit, eat etc. We've holidayed there for many years just the two of us, and this year will return with our son on his first holiday as the cottage is perfectly suited for families with young children as there are no stairs and an enclosed terrace.

Perfect base for exploring the Borders, even Coldingham itself is a lovely quiet village with many walks, a gorgeous quiet beach in the bay, local shop and two pubs.

With Edinburgh only 40 minutes away by car, it would also be ideal for an Edinburgh visit while staying outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.
