My wife and I stayed for 7 days in the loft apartment in late June. We had a great vacation and loved the apartment. To address a couple of earlier concerns, the A/C's both worked great. There was plenty of hot water. Although it's small, it was very convenient to town, tastefully decorated and there are several things that we liked about it that deserves mention. The cable TV would not come on the manager was able to attach a broken cable adapter and fix it on the spot. Very nice towels and bed sheets. The mattress is good quality, I think it is a tempurpedic and there are other benefits like being close to the dock restaurants, etc. Mr. Schnell is a good man and really cared if we were satisfied. The place provides good privacy, in a nice building with nice balconies that overlook the town. When it comes to the weather, this was the 2nd year in a row that we ran into Sahara Dust. We also ran into it the time year last year. Our only problem is that it makes it risky weather to visit this time of year. Last year it persisted all 7 days. This year, it was only present the first 2-3 days. After the dust cleared up however, the weather was great and so was our stay! The one real weakness with the villa is that the apartment wasn't cleaned as well as we would have liked. Countertops needed to be scrubbed better and silverware washed prior to arrival. Also, if I was looking for improvements, I would say that th beach chairs provided were small, rusted out, and weak. Overall though the positives FAR outweighed the negatives and we hope that we'll be able to visit and stay here again. It was really nice.
