if you are looking for a carefree, roomy, home away from home on a beautiful tropical island:Eden by the sea is your place.not only does it have a beautiful view of buck island, but you have complete kitchen to make food while you stare out at the view.and when i say complete,i mean right down to the seasonings.it is located close enough to the eastern most point of the US that i could wake up at 5:45 am and catch the awesome sunrise.and if you like resort dining and food, some of the best places are minutes away.i highly recommend getting a hot breakfast at seaside market to save time.once i found that place,i got breakfast there every day. i never paid over $4 dollars.and this is where the locals line up. fastest way to eat and no dishes to clean. caribbean sailing adventure for snorkling at buck island .angry nates for good food and live music on thursday. chicken shack for great chicken.off the wall to watch the sunset and good pizza.fredricksted pier for jumping with the local kids and great snorkling.when ship is in,check out the market there for good deals.i could go on and on
but Eden by the sea is the place you can go back to unwind after all the days events.and everything is there.including beach towels.and 1 very important thing also.it is on a main road so its easy to find at night.and rent a car to explore everywhere.i personally put on 900 miles in 2 weeks.can you imagine what i saw.but thats a book in the making.enjoy this place

“a most wonderful place to stay on a most wonderful island”
Reviewed 10 February 2016 for a stay in January 2016

This was our first trip to St. Croix and the island and Eden by the Sea were beyond our expectations!! St. Croix is beautiful with warm turquoise water and white sand (but each beach is a little different), green rolling hills that offer picture perfect vistas, and friendly and helpful people. It is rich in history and Christiansted has shopping, dining and old buildings to explore. Eden by the Sea, is on the east side of the island, and after driving around the island, we all agreed that is the best side to be on! The condo is just lovely! Clean and welcoming with fresh flowers as we walked through the door. The view of Coakley Bay from the balconies is beautiful and relaxing. We saw several rainbows while enjoying morning coffee and planning our day. The furniture is quite comfortable with a tropical theme, and the kitchen is awesome, better equipped and stocked than my own!! Everyone at the condo complex was friendly ,owners , guests and staff. One day while my grandson and his friend were sitting poolside, he was approached by a woman who was concerned he was sunburned --she brought aloe to the condo for him and 100 spf sunscreen!! The small beach across from the condo has an abundance of sea glass, or did, the kids got quite a haul! A vendor in town wraps them in wire and adds a cord for $10.00 . a pretty impressive necklace! I could go on and on about the greatness of the condo and the island but I think you should see for yourself-so just book it! Julie, the owner, is prompt , easy to communicate with and accommodating. One last thing, besides the wonders of the undersea life, you will enjoy, the goats, horses, iguanas, chickens and birds on land. Caribbean night at the Palms, Cruzan rum factory tour, the rain forest and feeding the iguanas at the Pickled Greek were fun, too.

“Perfect. Would stay there again.”
Reviewed 9 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This was a superb home. The owner was wonderful throughout all of our communications. The condo was much better than expected. I traveled with my husband and young children. They had their own room with full bath off of the bedroom as did my husband and I. The home was clean, well stocked, and the bed linens and mattresses were excellent. The washer and dryer are high quality and we loved the convenience. The property was well maintained (repaved while we were there) and the pool was pristine. Neighbors were so friendly. Every morning sugar birds would greet me on the balcony as I ate breakfast. Leave out some sugar water for them and they will visit you too. I have been to the island many times, so I was well aware of the area. It is quiet and lovely. We walked to the beach across the street to look for shells just about every day, and then hit other beaches around the island. Snorkeling was great. If you are a SCUBA diver, Cane Bay cannot be beat for The Wall dives. I highly recommend this condo and St. Croix.

“Our stay at Eden by the Seas was a home away from home. We had all we could possible want.”
Reviewed 26 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

Vacation without husbands "we did it". Eden by the Seas made us feel safe and comfortable, we traveled from WV. This condo had everything we could possibly want. When we arrived it was spotless and the view was beautiful. Two master suites on the bottom floor was more than expected. A mini library, fully stocked linen closet and night lights so you were never in total darkness. So, if you are looking for an adventurous vacation or just a relaxing time away home, this condo would be a great choice. There is a beautiful beach with services of drinks, food, bathrooms and lounge chairs under palm trees a short drive away ($4.00 entry well worth the cost) CCD

We were long overdue for a vacation after a cold hard winter. What a wonderful experience it was visiting Saint Croix, as well as staying at Eden by the Sea! The island had a laid back vibe, perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

We can't say enough about Eden by the Sea. It's truly a home away from home, superior to staying at a hotel. The unit is clean, tastefully furnished and very spacious for a couple or a family. The beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Although we pack everything that we think we will need on a trip, it's refreshing to know that the unit owners have everything you would need in the event that you forgot something. The owners are very organized and have instructions and manuals for everything in the unit. There is also a nice collection of DVD’s and books. We watched several movies during our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of the unit’s washer and dryer.

The condo is very well stocked with just about everything imaginable for either cooking or spending time at the beach (beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, coolers, snorkel equipment, etc). We used the blender to whip up various rum concoctions. Note that a tour of the Cruzan Rum factory is definitely worth a visit...where else can you get two rum drinks for a $5 tour fee.

The owners have thought of everything to make vacationing easy. They even have an organized binder chock full of St. Croix information about activities, dining suggestions, etc. It was a very helpful guide to make or stay enjoyable.

What a pleasure to have meals/drinks on the balcony and enjoy the view of Buck Island and Caribbean Sea!
