We were very disappointed in our trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos after being at Sandals Grenada and Beaches Jamaica we expected a much better experience. We had service and house keeping issues specifically a large roach in our room that was never removed even after reporting it and a two hour wait with several phone calls made for a toilet plunger. The service at most of the restaurants and bars was borderline hostile for most of the trip. The included adult cruise was scheduled at a time when the kids club was closed. The pools are a health concern, need service and were dirty. We even found a partially eaten chicken breast in the heated pool by Arizona's. Also a dangerous amount of bird feces on the water fall being washed into the pool. We had a hostile hibachi chef at the hibachi restaurant which upset all the children at our table because the other tables had the normal hibachi show and ours did not. All of these complaints do not even compare to the fact that we were on a very dangerous snorkel tour that was offered by the resort. The boat was docked in very dangerous waters and almost all of the guests had to be rescued after a traumatic experience. My husband and I are experienced snorkelers and was able to spot the trouble and get our 10 year old back on the boat.
