We researched many properties on Seven Mile Beach before deciding on this property. We were very happy with our decision.
The property is a series of buildings 3 stories high. The property is not large. Thus, every unit is very close to the beach and pools.
Booking and arrival was effortless. The property manager was very helpful and answered questions via email. We were met at the unit on arrival and provided with a review of the unit and facilities.
The units are accessed by stairs (no elevator). Our unit, 231, was located in the mid aspect of the property on the top floor. Our balcony was large with table and chairs and excellent view of the ocean.
This unit is a 2 bedroom. It was recently updated. It is clean and well laid out with lots of space. It is very comfortable. There are flat screen TVs (which we never turned on) and excellent wifi. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials.
The property has 2 pools which are well kept. The beach access and chairs are excellent. Even though it was March break there was never an issue finding space. The beach and ocean at this location is perfect. There is a tennis court. There is a garage with fins, boards, noodles, etc to borrow while on vacation. The property is well manicured. We used the BBQ to cook one night. It was well kept.
The property is next door to the Marriott which is very convenient for extra facilities, activities and restaurant. There are several good restaurants, shops, and a gas station within walking distance. Camana Bay is also walkable. It is a five minute drive to Georgetown. Snorkelling is on site or a short drive away.
A car is recommended in order to explore the island. However, the airport is only 10 minutes away.
This was our second vacation in Grand Cayman. We will return. We would stay at this property and unit again.
