The cottage is in a great location for trips to Barmouth, Fairbourne Railway, Harlech Castle, Criccieth Rabbit Farm, Animal Farm with indoor playground between Harlech and Ty Uchaf for rainy days and Port Merion. You might have guessed that we have small children but there is something for every age group around. The owner is flexible and responds promptly to enquiries.

“Very comfortable, everything you need for an excellen holiday.”
Reviewed 18 August 2013 for a stay in July 2013

6 of us visited this very clean, comfortable cottage ( ages 6,9,12,14 and 2 adults). 2 seconds from play park, 10 seconds from local shop/ post office. Utility room separate from house which allows you extra room and somewhere to remove sandy/muddy clothes indoors without worrying about it to much. Loads of DVDs and games for all ages to play supplied. Nice small walled courtyard garden to sit in, very private. Follow the advice visit the beach with cafe nearby. Great holiday, no bad points.

“Excellent value in a beautiful area!”
Reviewed 28 July 2013 for a stay in December 2012

We stayed in the cottage with our three children aged 5, 7 and 9. The cottage itself was perfect for our needs with a very useful outbuilding for muddy boots and kit which we needed. Great base to explore a really beautiful area, plus shop within 10 seconds for supplies. There's even a cafe nearby if you can't be bothered to make breakfast! If you are planning a trip to the area, this place is definitely worth a look and we are planning to go back.
