Mora was WONDERFUL. We had a lovely day. We traveled in style in a beautiful SUV with a fantastic driver. Can't say enough about what a good experience it was working with Mora.

We just finished an amazing trip to St. Lucia, and had wonderful time there due to some insightful tips here on trip advisor. We stayed at Still Beach House (reviewed separately), which is a nice place to stay for longer duration on the island.

Our trip was made memorable by our local guide Thomas (758-718-8049) and the driver he brought along for us Didier (758-461-7856). We found out about Thomas on one of the reviews here. Both Didier and Thomas are very humble and easy-going people, and they were flexible with how we wanted to travel. This really allowed us to enjoy St. Lucia in an exciting manner.

It is cumbersome to have a rental car here because the roads are difficult to navigate and it’s also not easy easy to get a taxi from each location. With Didier, we just felt that we had full time driver on our trip as he was available whenever we needed a ride. This type of arrangement turned out to be cost effective as well.

Thomas took us to local places without many tourists such as Aus Falls and would tell us about native plants, people, culture throughout our travels. He took us out to Tet Paul, Piton Falls, Gros Piton hike, Sulfur Springs, Aus Falls trails, Diamond Falls, trip to Castries via Marigot Bay, Rodney Bay, hike to Pigeon Island, and local shopping. They also arranged a boat for us to go around beaches (Anse Mamin, Anse Chastanet, Sugar Beach) in Soufriere.

Although north part of island is more developed and has larger, chained hotels, resorts, Soufriere is definitely at the heart of most scenic places, natural trails and hikes. If you love nature then my recommendation would be to stay in Soufriere.

Fabulous from beginning to end. The tour guide Chris was very accommodating to ensure we got the most from our private tour. Greeting me at our house with a small gift to mark my birthday. We then went on to Tet Paul Nature Trail were we explored the beautiful surrounds in the company of a private host. We had great views of the Pitons and had the opportunity to take some great pictures. We then went on to the Sulphur Springs and experienced a natural spa. After the exceptional stop we visited a beautiful waterfall and had the chance to take some pictures under the fall. Next stop was lunch at a small but quiet restaurant with homely service. Moving on to a rum tour and a tasting session. We also had the opportunity to drink fresh coconut water at the side of the road. We continued to be pleasantly surprised until we finally made the last stop at pigeon point where we enjoyed a rum punch and watched the sun set on the beach. We was provided with a variety of drinks throughout the day. From beginning to end we was in awe of the beautiful island. Chris made the experience even more enjoyable with his friendly personality. He also invited us to watch a cricket match in Soufriere and support the local teams. Overall an amazing experience and wonderful birthday trip.charles@discoversoufriere.com

We are four couples who for 15 years go to a different Caribbean island and this year was St. Lucia. We always rent two cars. The people at Discover Soufriere were terrific. Cars were clean, well maintained and were at the airport on time for our arrival. Moira of Discover Soufriere provided excellent communication before and during rental. Great people to work with in your car rental on vacation.
