Great Location , mins to Beach ,Restaurants and Grocery Stores. Accomadations a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful . A power converter would be wise to take with u for Hair Dryers ect .
Villa Reflection was a perfect spot for us! A group of us were traveling to St Lucia for a wedding, and we did not want to have the typical hotel set up. The three bedroom villa was ideal to keep the groom well distracted from the events, with the amazing pool, perfect outdoor area and being located right next to the mall, but off the beaten track still. The location was even perfect for a few wedding pictures to be taken! Highly recommend this for anyone that wants to avoid the hotel buzz, but still be in the heart of the action...had no need to even rent a car here! Thank you for helping make the wedding a success too!
Our group (three adults) really enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Reflections. The villa is traditionally St Lucian in style and is very comfortable, although one small gripe is that certain areas look a little tired in places. The kitchen in particular could do with a coat of paint here and there and the light switches were grubby. However, this shouldn't detract from what is a great villa and one that is in a perfect location in Rodney Bay. The villa is only minutes away from the main road and the shopping malls, supermarket and many bars and restaurants - with the main beach a ten minute stroll away - and yet the location in a quiet crescent provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved sitting on the dock at the lagoon's edge looking at the fish jumping and generally watching the world go by.
Ima the housekeeper was welcoming and helpful and provided a mobile phone for use during our stay. In our second week the gardener climbed a ladder to grab coconuts from the palm trees in the garden for us to try the refreshing coconut water and "jelly".
During our stay we visited Pigeon Island where we climbed up to the old fort and also the higher lookout point on a neighbouring mount. The 360 degree views from both were breathtaking. We also hired a taxi for a day (total of EC$ 450 for 3 people for 7 hours) visiting the sights in the south of the island including Marigot Bay, Botanical Gardens, volcano, waterfall and the awesome Pitons, together with various other photo opportunity stops on the way.
We loved our first visit to St Lucia and will certainly be back.
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our week long stay in this pretty villa. The large skylight invited in the bright sun and the open iron grid doors allowed for excellent breezes. The yard was well maintained with pretty flowers that attract hummingbirds. Ima, the housekeeper, and Val, the manager, were very welcoming and helpful. The gardener even climbed a coconut tree in the yard to reach a stubborn coconut that would not fall by use of a ladder and pole.
The villa is within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and many great restaurants. We did not rent a car because there was so much right there.
The owner is very professional and concerned with guest satisfaction. He called us twice before we arrived to discuss details.
If you are visiting St. Lucia, we highly recommend Villa Reflections!
Spacious accommodation, traditional basic st Lucian style design. Perfect location easy access to all areas and quiet in the evening. Great garden and patio area. Some items outside items broken but managed. There for 6 days cleaner never turned up until last afternoon prior to leaving, which was a little pointless! Caribbean! So luckily had other towels and bedding in rooms not used that could be used. This did not spoil the stay but ensure you sort if you are a large party. Would definitely stay again as any issue are minor.
