This is a large 1 bedroom ground floor apartment in a family home. Completely self-contained with separate entrance through garden. Enormous airy wraparound veranda with beautiful views, hammock, sofa, table and chairs, laundry rack. Air conditioned bedroom with lots of storage. Large shower. Large kitchen/living room with sofa bed and TV. Good wifi. Very well equipped kitchen with two burner stove, toaster, oven/microwave, kettle, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, clothes washer. Fully equipped for cooking and eating for four people. The owner (Franck) provides some useful kitchen supplies including oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, as well as some items in the fridge to get you started - butter, milk, juice, sugar, jam, run punch and a beer.
Owner also provides beach towels, chair and umbrella that you can borrow for your day on the beach. Also iron, cleaning supplies.
Franck was very helpful and made sure that we knew how to get here and how to contact him.
Parking is available on the quiet street.
There is a grocery store close by (about 15 minute walk).
Very well located for exploring southern Martinique.

We felt very welcomed from the start till the end of our stay. The apartment is well equipped (we also had beach towels, umbrella and fridge available) and surrounded by beautiful nature. The terrace is perfect to have a morning coffee with ocean view, and afternoon relax in the couch. As we arrived late in the evening on weekend Franck prepared meal for us just to heat up so we wouldn't stay hungry :) the area is very quiet, there is a supermarket nearby and one of the most beautiful beaches in the island (Anse Noire). Me and my partner were so delighted with our stay that we are definitely coming again in the future. Make sure to rent a car- it is a must on this island.

Great stay in front of the forest with private beach too! Only problem some small insects in the kitchen but this is the price to pay to live in such a beautiful nature!
