Despite COVID impact, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Andrea is exceptional on the spa side (wife went twice to her) and Chris at the bar kept both of us well stocked on drinks! They even provided my wife lasagna even though not on the menu!More

When you arrive at this beautiful resort, you must spend some time at the Piano Bar. Chris will take good care of you. He has been there for a long time and has never disappointed us. Tell him you want a mesmerized and put it on my tab.

Normally, I would not write a review until we left a facility but it can’t get any better. While nothing's perfect Sandals Negril comes as close as possible. The staff truly cares and is excellent. Our butlers, Floyd and Myron, are very attentive yet not overbearing. The worst restaurant is still very good, the menus diverse, and the servers very good. The restaurant staff makes sure that everything is handled correctly and they do not hover around you. The facility’s cleanliness is impeccable. All staff members are required to wear masks and never fail to do so. The old adage of “ you get what you pay for” holds true a Sandal’ Negril. We have visited 5 other Sandal’s facilities and have enjoyed them all but Sandal’s Negril should be the hallmark for the others to emulate.

Sandals Negril was excellent once again. We had visited 10 years ago, and the resort was just as remembered. All the facilities and restaurants were top notch still, and the attention to detail was once again extremely high. Staffing appeared slightly low the first few days, probably resulting from low occupancy due to Covid rules for returning to the US, but the staffing seemed to come up that last few days as the resort filled back up. The resort took care of US Covid testing, and Covid restrictions did not present any problem to enjoying a wonderful visit. Butler service by Ian and Tejean was excellent, Chris at the Piano bar was a wonderful bartender, and Shavonia provided a great experience during our beach dinner. If you are concerned about traveling to Jamaica and Sandals due to Covid, I would offer that we had no problem with the visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again. So thankful we didn't cancel our trip.

Sandals Negril has become our favorite resort - and we have been to several! From our pick up at the airport to our drop off after a week of sublime rest, we were truly treated like important guests! Our rooms were pristine, the beach was well tended and clean, the service was impeccable and the staff was the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Our Club concierges, Sasha and Lanique were amazing ladies and were there every step of the way. They took care of every detail from dinner reservations to getting a leak in our sink fixed promptly. They took the time to learn about us and they shared their stories as well. Negril is so lucky to have them! Our favorite server, Selina, was the friendliest young lady - she remembered our drink orders, asked how our meal was and spent time with us every day she was working. Again - you are lucky to have her on your staff. I cannot think of a better way to have spent a much needed vacation - every day was perfect, except for the rainy afternoons a couple of days. Your security detail is amazing - we felt so safe everyday. As far as taking COVID precautions, I felt safer on your resort than I do in my local grocery store. THANK YOU! Being provided with a COVID test prior to departure eased any angst we might have had - and the efficiency and professionalism with which it was administered was incredible! If anyone is looking for a truly memorable getaway, they really should come to Jamaica and spend a week being pampered at Sandals Negril. We will definitely return!!!!!

New Words come hard to describe the wonderful time had here! Met by sweet Felix who made our transition from reality to dream state easy & cool! Swim up butler room with incredible attentive service by Tjean & Ian who met our every need before we even knew we needed it! Lois & Chris at the beach bar & Johanna in the dining room for our evening entertainments made sure our glasses never went dry! We had an incredible private dinner on the sand at sunset with Nordia who provided over the top service with grace & love; creating a romantic evening without feeling any intrusion! Sanjay & Ricardo made sure our days on & in the water were extraordinary! Every meal every service was wonderful Selena, Nordia Johanna, Isabelle made it all taste even better than the wonderful Chefs provided! All told we can’t say enough good things about this resort~ clean, comfortable, welcoming & enjoyable! We’re coming back as soon as possible! P.S the saxophone player is incredible!,, as were all the entertains but don’t miss the Saxaphone nights at 7:30pm!
