I stayed at the Thriller Villa in April for 9 days and I can honestly say it wasn’t what I was expecting. It was more than what I even thought of. The place was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the upstairs rental and it was 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own A/C unit with a remote control. When u walk in, u walk into a beautifully decorated living room, with plenty of space, a tv (which we didn’t really turn on lol as we spent most of our time on the beach), and a full kitchen to the right. From the living room, you have access to the balcony through a French doors. The kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, a fridge, microwave, you just need to supply your own groceries of course. Andy helped us get some groceries our first day there. Anything we needed he was very accommodating even with excursions or tours. From the kitchen there’s a hallway which leads to the bedrooms or the bathroom. The two bedrooms on each end had an an ensuite bathrooms and the bedroom in the middle had a separate bathroom. The master bedroom (obviously the biggest of the three rooms BUT with that being said all the rooms were of a great size to be honest) had a door that lead to the balcony so it was great and easy access coming from the beach, changing out of your wet clothes or bathing suits and hanging them out to dry. The location of the house wasn’t too far from the main road which the beach is on or to the town. I’ve been to Negril before so I was a little familiar with the area. If you are also then you might know where the traffic circle or roundabout is in town, that’s about a 10 min walk from the rental property. To ask from the rental property to where we usually went to sun bathe or swim which is by Alfred’s or Capt’n Moses’ excursion stand is about 20-25 mins walk. My girl friend and I walked it out first morning there. This is by far one of the better rental properties I had rented in Jamaica or Negril specifically. If you haven’t stayed here yet definitely do it. You won’t be disappointed. Everyone in the neighbourhood was so nice. Obviously use common sense and don’t go out alone at night or walk alone at night. People will say hi to you or the bike taxi guys will try and holla at u but they mean well and they are friendly people. Auntie Jackie and Andy were amazing hosts and always ready and willing to help if you need them.
