Description: At Savvy's we offer an eclectic mix of English gastro-pub favorites, West Indian fayre and fresh local seafood. We focus growing, sourcing and using the best of fresh, seasonal, local produce which is then simply prepared and elegantly presented. The stylishly designed interior provides a comfortable contemporary feel to what has already become one of the most popular destinations in Grenada. The view of Grande Anse Beach from the restaurant's terrace is the best in Grenada, especially memorable as the night lights of the capital, St. George, first begin to twinkle. A choice of vegan and vegetarian dishes are always available and we accommodate special dietary requirements on request.

This review is for the beachfront Savvy’s.

Service - good and attentive but not obtrusive.

Drinks - we prefer a smaller stronger drink for sipping vs. a watery sugary drink, and these were unfortunately more in the latter category (perhaps because most guests are on a resort plan including beverages?).

Food - we shared the feta salad to start, which was fine if a little bland, and then had the burger (very good) and the grilled tuna (very good, cooked to requested medium rare). Sides were kind of weak as the promised grilled breadfruit (never had before so was eager to try!) was simply replaced with a potato without explanation. Fries were fine.

Overall met expectations for simple beach food in a nice setting.

Our first visit was for lunch, it’s right at the end of the beach and we drove into the car park directly behind the beach club. We weren’t aware of what was on offer but were quickly informed that you could stay all day for $20 US per bed and you just pay for whatever drinks and food that you have. You can get service on the beach or the shady deck directly behind.

Comfy beach beds, plenty of staff around so need to worry about your stuff. Had a very tasty and good value lunch, considering the prime location. Roti and salad was all yum. It’s a great spot for swimming, and you can just relax with a few cocktails enjoying a lovely afternoon.

Liked it so much returned for the Friday Bonfire, a delightful evening under the stars with the steel pans. Lobster was fantastic and service equally great, the floor manager was on point ensuring everyone had what they wanted in good time.

It wound up early but that fitted with the laid back vibe, would recommend and return.
