This restaurant is right on the beach and the price are so good. They have drink specials every day. We had the Beach Bum for $10 east carribbean dollara which is about $5 canadian dollars. Can’t beat that
Their food is also very tasty and reasonably price. Your go-to on the beach

The food was lovely. We were told there would be a wait of 30 minutes but the food appeared much quicker than that. The drinks were great too.

Beware the noise from the car park though! The restaurant is separated from the beach by a car park. The car park was full of people playing music on very loud sound systems, seemingly competing with each other, drowning out the music from the restaurant even when sitting in the restaurant itself. This spoilt the atmosphere unfortunately. It was interesting to see that no one lingered once they’d finished eating.

I would go back again when the restaurant has its own live music, but other than that I wouldn’t. The car park music completely overwhelmed the restaurant.

Visited Umbrellas for food and drinks after going out on a snorkelling trip with eco dive next door. We notice it was happy hour so we had a few beers during this time 4pm-6pm we also ordered some chicken wings and fish tacos with a side salad which was all very nice. We had 3 bottles of beer each during happy hour and just after 6pm when we had finished out meal requested the bill. When the bill came none of the beers were at happy hour prices so we told the server who took the bill away and amended it we waited 20 minutes for it to be amended when it came back we had 2 more beers added to the bill at full price plus the 3 drinks we had each. I mentioned this to the waitresss who advised we had ordered extra beers after happy hour I advised this was not possible as we requested the bill just after 6pm when we had finished all our food and drink and they had spent the last 20 minutes sorting the bill out. I was in no mood to argue so I paid the bill and advised the 2 extra beers I was charged for will be the tip. Just be careful when ordering and check your bill as they seem a bit unorganised and add more drinks to your bill.

Delicious lunch,I had the nourish bowl, very filling, husband had tuna.great atmosphere, very welcoming, extensive menus food and drink, and reasonably priced. Would recommend. Thank you

Having stayed in a nearby hotel for two weeks and dined at umbrellas on multiple occasions, I feel I can speak with some authority about this place.
In general, service is much slower in Grenada than other parts of the world we've visited and umbrellas is no different. if this is a major issue for you, then don't come to Grenada. Otherwise, just be prepared to relax and enjoy some conversation while you wait.
The food was amongst the best value for money on the island. One evening, we were lucky enough to get a seat in front of the fantastic live band. This was the best evening of our holiday and very memorable.
Yes, the waitresses will muck up your order occasionally. Yes, there is sometimes quite a queue, but somehow, none of this put us off. We loved Grenada and loved Umbrellas
