Sometimes you just don't feel like cooking, so sometimes you pick up the phone and order a pizza from Rick's Cafe. It depends, of course, on whether you prefer thick or thin crust. Rick's crusts aren't thin, but if they were they couldn't take the weight of the generous toppings! We usually order the 'President' size, the largest, with 12 portions, which for a couple is enough for two ample meals, and comes with a choice of 6 toppings. Great value at EC $64. The usual waiting time is 20 minutes, and we've yet to collect and find our order isn't ready. Located in Grand Anse Shopping Centre, Rick's Cafe is great for kids too, with a good selection of snacks, meals, desserts and ice cream. You can sit inside, or outside beside the Koi carp pond. Some of the carp are huge; for a few cents you can feed them. There are several shops, a pharmacy and a excellent supermarket only a few paces away, with ample parking. A great place for families or small parties. Rick's is closed on Mondays.

I was suprised at the variety of the menu and did not know what to order. My husband wanted a salad and I got wings and wedges. The food was great and a lot. The only problem I had was I went back on a Monday but they were closed. They close on Mondays.

We got takeout pizza from here a few times, due to the lack of food choices around the hotel. It is sufficient, and closest thing around.
As with most things on the island, it was expensive for what it was, but not complaining.

Ricks has been one of my favorite places to visit. It use to be named "Sugar and Spice" back in the day. The pizza never disappoints and the ice cream is good too. Comes complete with a relaxing atmosphere. ...

Service sucks, the pizza is sweet, yes, you read that correctly, the sauce used is very sweet. The staff looks and act unpleasant: very abrasive.

If you want great ice cream, that's the place, though it's not made at the location.
