Wanted to celebrate our 40th anniversary with a special trip. Picked SCC and could not have chosen a better resort. The food, staff, beach, entertainment, pool and room were all top notch and it's only 15 minutes from the airport! This is by far one of our favorite Secret resorts. As others have said, it's the people that make the resort. I have to name a few. Our concierge, Jordain did so much for us during our stay. Answered any questions we had, took care of the arrangements for our COVID test, arranged for breakfast in bed, and cake and champagne and rose petals for our anniversary. Each day he looked for us to make sure everything was going OK and I could always message him if we had any questions. Dania at the Coco Café knew just what I liked each afternoon (tea and lemon cake) Lissette at the Market Café remembered our names (was it my red hair) Johnny took good care of refilling our refrigerator each day with the beer my husband liked and M&M's and pringles for me. Darlin and Abraham at the pool and beach were always ready to refresh our drinks. Antonio and Anthony are just two of the waiters that I can remember that were always happy to wait on us. There were lots of other good waiters, but can't remember everyone's names. The resort itself, is so spot on clean, even the public restrooms. . Our room (5309) was kept very clean which was always nice to go back to. Went to two shows, the Queen tribute and The Greatest Showman. Really enjoyed both. We believe the food and drinks were some of the best we have ever had at an AI. I could really go for a 'Beach Boy' drink right now as I look out the window at all the snow on the ground! If you are thinking about going to SCC, just pack your bags and go. You will not be disappointed.

Great resort. Our butler Alexis took care of all of our needs. He went above and beyond. For our anniversary he decorated our room with rose petals and left wine and strawberries. My wife was thrilled and made me look like a rock star. He made our appointments at the spa and for any dinners that were for more than our 2 in our party. I can’t recommend Alexis and the entire staff at Secrets any more. Douglas at the Rosewater restaurant was also amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and the service was fantastic.
We also enjoyed the shows in the evening. We particularly loved the “Queen” show and the “ Rock and Roll “ show. Drinks afterwards in the lobby was a fun way to wrap up the night.

This was top notch from the moment we arrived! Our check in was quick and perfect with an escort to our room which was very clean. Bags came quickly so we could get out into the sun. Our butler Alexis did an excellent job making sure all of our needs were met and then some. He helped us with a room upgrade & change mid vacation with no flaws which topped off our vacation! The staff I mean where do I start!!! Amazing preferred lounge drinks by Carlos WOW he makes the best martini's! He also has some tricks to keep you entertained. at the preferred pool bar Wander made sure we always had a cold drink along with some amazing drink boards with fresh fruit carved creatively which made us feel so cared for. Alba Iris has a huge heart and always has made us smile while serving us our drinks. Some other top notch servers we got to enjoy during our stay were Jeffrey, Nestor, Douglas (who always has a smile on his face) Jorge and many others. La Diva was always bouncing around with making sure we knew what the shows and other activities that were happening!
The staff and resort was very clean and we had no worries! Our room was cleaned up morning and then turned down in the evening. We also enjoyed the room service with the secret door where they would put our order and we could grab when we were ready. Room service food was delicious our favorite restaurant was Sea Side the Steaks were so big, tender, flavor was incredible and cooked to perfection.
There was not 1 complaint the entire 12 days.
We made many friends and can't wait to go back.
