We went to Elements on Sunday for dinner. It had been highly recommended. The setting is probably one of the best on the island because it is secluded and the table are so that you feel like you're dinning solo below the stars. The outside dining area is on a raised deck, on the beach. All that you see is the sunset and then very tasetful lighting thereafter. The food was okay. The seafood trio with puff pastry toast points was beautifully plated, but it was bland. Something was missing. One of us got the Filet de Bouef and the other the NY strip. I've had better steaks. Our cocktails matched the setting. They had the dimension that the foold lacked. I'd give it another chance, becusae others were there ordering other items and loved it!
